this far more surpasses Fate Stay Night in my opinion! xD
Graphics, animation, sound effects etc... really good !
And just gotta love the new Servants Berserker, the new hero type of Lancer, Gilgamesh!!! , Iskander and Saber ofcourse xD

I could care less of Beserker's true identity, though it's probably gonna be a big part of the plot who knows

i just like the way he looks

Full black armor with a black aura swirling around and red glowing eyes, you can't say that's not badass looking haha

also if anyone had notice the ending theme, all those scenes are based on actual portraits, sculptures, pictures of those famous figures, it's kinda neat lol

No not really, there's several "Black Knghts" in old legends including the legend where this one comes from. Berserker is less-known as a "Black Knight" and more known for his "other" title which comes from the circumnstances of his birth and childhood. WHich is why the ED of a knight by a lake is far more of a spoiler than just saying "The Black Knight".

Nice episode ones again this Anime doesn't disappoint at all.
Saber's behavior comes more to it's right with Emiya as her master and Iresviel the one who is with her then it did with Shirou.
And i am liking it allot.
Tho i wonder when the other masters will appear.

This was by far the best episode so far, I LOVED everything about it....

I'm finally getting into this anime!!!

(Honestly, I still feel it's inappropriately overhyped)....however I'm definitely seeing that this will be MANY times greater than that piece of shit F/SN Anime.

The masters in F/Z are far much better than the masters in F/SN. The masters in F/Z seem to take the Holy Grail war much more seriously as they plan out their strategies and plans.

Unlike F/SN, the masters are adolescents and seem to not take the war as serious as the ones in F/Z.

This is what I like about F/Z and a reason why its much better than F/SN. IN MY OPINION.

Most of the masters in F/Z had decades to plan for the Grail War. the guys on the 5th due to it happening merely 10 years after the 4th (it's suposed to be every 60 years) were at the best the Teenage children of the traditional family of magi with some knowledge of the war, or at worst random schmucks with almost no powers. That's without mentioning the several number of renegade Servants and the traitorous antagonist. Fate/Zero is exactly how a Grail War is. Fate/Stay Night is the story of the kids affected by the shockwaves of the 4th war.

I mean not really if you go off just hearing bits and pieces of the VN of FSN than you are going to get confused. Its best to leave it alone or have them do the full research by playing it. Ive already had one friend get confused over simple stuff because of references to the VN.

2. My friend got so confused on one of your posts that he watched the whole FSN over again thinking something wrong.
3. I wasn't saying it to be a dick I was just saying that referencing the VN confuses people. Yes I could have worded it nicer but thats just me.
4. I loved the VN but referencing it and FSN in Fate/Zero discussion isn't always the best since some people may not have seen FSN yet.

I agree, while I understand the "this is an anime site" argument, Fate/Zero doesn't give a rat's ass about the DEEN adaptation. Fate/Zero is a prequel to the VN and proof of that are the many references to events and explanations you only discover in the VN. Just look at Sakura and Kariya's tale for an example.
