They didn't fucking show how he was prosecuted, they just showed that he was prosecuted. Don't complain about details left out when only the sentencing was shown.
Yeah, I'm not going to repeat myself. You clearly weren't actually listening to my point.

Anyone can see that it was a plot device to create the settings.
This is true. But it was a very badly used plot device that threw off the suspension of disbelief for many, many people.

Then again, why wouldn't they NOT believe the authority?
Because their reason for arresting him doesn't make sense.

No one said the evidence was not there. It's very easy to make up an evidence if a powerful group (one that controls Japan) agrees to it.
Slight problem here: Ganta says nothing of this. I can't help but think that he'd have previously been in utter shock if any false evidence was presented, given what happened with the video.

Also, why would the public or anyone care about the main character at all? They don't even care if prisoners are treated like toys and circus amusements. In fact, the public enjoy Deadman Wonderland. Obviously whatever human right group's presence is so negligible that DW can run for years without problems. We are talking about a different Japan, one that completely changed after the the incident. A completely corrupted society on all levels. The norms of the society as a whole changed. What is not normal today doesn't mean it's not normal in that world. If you meet some of the inmates in the prison, you'll wonder. As far you may know, the main character is far from being the only child in the prison, nor is he the only child on the death row. It's a common thing in the world created by the author LOL.
This, on the other hand, is a good point. Admittedly the entire premise is extremely eyebrow--raising, but I'm willing to let it slide for now. However, you're neglecting to realize that, barring things that I'm not aware of, Ganta has at least a few people who care about him. Said people should undoubtedly think something is up. On which note, I think it's ridiculous how his (dead) friend's dad did not for one second believe in him. I figured I should bring this up now because somebody will inevitably try and use him as a counter. I'm not taking him being screwy in the head because of his daughter's death as an excuse. I don't care how broken he is at this point, this isn't an excuse to betray someone you considered like your own son. He would at least have the patience to try and believe him. Which he doesn't.

Also by this mentality, controlling blood defies any scientific theory I know of. This series must be shit and full of plot holes then. Overall, anime is unrealistic. It's so full of bullshit and improbable plot holes. Using this ideology, I can bash any of the series you can throw at me.
You were on a roll with the good points until this. :/
Unrealistic stuff like superpowers etc. does not come under the same branch as human reaction. Superpowers are a concession from reality that shows have to make. This is obviously fine. Humans reacting in ways humans don't react, on the other hand, is not. This is quite a silly argument to make. "It has special powers so the plot doesn't have to make sense"? HAH!

They did the things they did to give the viewer a sense of "This is so fucked up! Something isn't right here!" which apparently worked considering all the people bitching about how the kid got send to DeadMan Wonderland without any evidence.
Yes, and they didn't do it right. I can tell what they were trying to do, thank you very much.
