| lol, yeah, I was watching this with a certain amount of dread, thinking they would do the 3D thing again right after I've been so pleased with it being regular animation. Anyway, I'm really impressed with the king between his drive and quiet strength. I wouldn't be surprised if people remember him for past 400 years, assuming he makes it out of this all alive. :P |

| I can understand using CG for large scale battles for production cost but the way they were using it before was pathetic this is more like it. I really want to see how far this show will go still looking very promising. |

| This episode seems to flow alot more smoothly since the CG has been removed (hopefully for the rest of the series).So the poison dart guy fnally caught up to them.Looking forward to seeing how they're gonna evade him. |

| NO CG FUCK YEAH! I was able to appreciate this anime a lot more without any of the CG which made it jarring to watch. A pretty lighthearted episode for the most part. We learned a bit of backstory about the mountain people. Can't wait to watch Xin and Muta fight. I hope they don't resort to the CG models again. Great episode. This was a step in the right direction. 8/10 |

| i hate it when the browser crashes just as i finish writing the comment... hella mad. i'll rewrite it i guess. that was a tad wee over the top with the pink glowing eyes and him ready to shoot poison out of a ominous wooden tube. i mean, i get it. it's deadly. this is the first time i've watched a cgi anime that has gradually turned into a non-cgi anime. what a (pleasant) surprise! did everyone at the studio finally realize it looked like shit, even though it was lighter on the budget? well f*ck. this is what i keep telling myself, to not read an episode's discussion thread because now i know that in the next episode, the cgi will be making a nefarious comeback. at least i got to see how cute diao was. before, the cgi made me dislike her character. |

| i felt that rather the CGI had gone the story had been slower, i mean, this is interesting and all, but the pace is slow and not much happening. i rather prefer a CGI episode with good pace, like ep1 and 2. |

| Looks like he got oiled up Diddy-style from the pure aura of Mu Ta. I know it's sweat, but it looks funny. If only more people could be like Duke Mu (him giving liquor to the people that killed his horse was kinda weird though). We actually got a full episode of non CGI as well. Nice! |
