| We’ve fully worn out the Kitagawa fanservice at this point, so next best thing, Gojou fanservice! No seriously, he had some pretty big ones there ngl. Could rival Kitagawa's in some universes lol. Anyway, they finally buy the boobs and get to cosplay around. Then we get the crossdresser's little sob story about how she ended up becoming one, and yeah, it’s pretty much what you’d expect. Bullied, looked down on for not being masculine enough, so she just started embracing it. The usual story for most, so it makes sense. Surprisingly though, her family is actually pretty accepting. It’s a girlfriend he got that almost made him start rethinking things because he threw them out. Just the usual trap drama, nothing new. Glad that arc wasn’t too long. Honestly, I’d much rather we get back to the gyaru stuff already and leave the teen melodrama behind. Very stark contrast at the end though, going from all that serious crossdressing drama to two nerds geeking out over a fictional character’s birthday... xD |

| I just saw fake breasts in an anime for the first time; this episode really broadened my perspective. Gojou-kun with fake breasts, woahhhh. This is my first time visiting a cosplay shop. There are several items that intrigue me. Is concealer used to hide facial hair? Damn it, I was fooled by Himeno; he’s a guy crossdressing as a girl, ohh shittt. Realistically, this starts with suspecting infidelity, not a bias against cross-dressing.  |

| The episode ended with the ultimate Marin moment!! Worshipping Shizuku like that was really funny. We also saw the cosplayer world through the eyes a a crossdressing cosplayer and he seems to have it hard at times. Still it's nice that his family supports his hobby. The main characters were also nice to him. |
| Lowkey one of my favourite episodes of this series. Himeno’s story was amazing, but it’s unfair he gets to be a beautiful boy AND girl. Some people are too high spec! It’s so nice for Gojo to meet another guy who defies traditional gender roles and does “girly” things/things people consider weird. Yea having Marin is nice, but it’s another thing to have another guy you can relate to like that. You can really see the weight gradually come off Himeno’s shoulders as he realizes Gojo isn’t going to make fun of him or put him down for crossdressing. Hes probably the first dude that actually praises him for it and wants to learn more about it. I love how Himeno’s family and close ones were supportive of his hobby, but the audacity of his “gf” to think she could make him stop doing what makes him happy. So glad he ended up dumping her lame ass and continued doing what he loves to do. The ending is so cute omg throwing a birthday party for your fave is too real. Literally me with cure Nyammy 😭 |

| Another amazing episode. Seeing Gojou in whatever the frick that thing was so weird. But hey, switching the fanservice to Gojou time from time doesn't seem bad at all. The backstory of the crossdresser was really good. Talked about how he became one and what came with cosplaying as a girl and how he ended up just tanking it like a MAN. Really glad that his family was supportive about his crossdressing. I wasn't expecting Marin to go all out with that birthday party for Shizuku, nevermind, I did expect that. I loved how Gojou just sat there with the mask on, why was that kind of funny? 5/5 |

| Sometimes you just realize that an series left a mark in you. That moment when Marin said Sairenji Haruka. Gave me chills. To Love Ru memories. Partially I believe Amane's sister just wanted a sister to dress up. Trauma dumping! When the original chapter was written: Weird to crossdress. These days: femboys! femboys! |

| It feels like, with the help of Himeno-san, Gojo and Marin have/will step up their game and become cosplayer and cosplay artist 2.0. They got so many helpful advice there. I really liked when Himeno talked about their past: there were some harsh moments, but for the most part, it was such a beautiful and emotional story, one about learning self-acceptance and about self-confidence, who was echoing quite a bit with Gojo's own past/current struggles. Gojo and Marin truly are beautiful people, they were so genuinely supportive of Himeno and interested in them, it feels like these three already became great friends, hopefully we'll see more of Himeno in the future :) The rest of the episode was also pretty interesting as Gojo finally gets to see Marin working as a model. He gets to see a different side of her in the process, but just the simple fact that she invited him to watch is a cute sign that they keep growing closer (it was a nice touch to have Himeno noticing their closeness earlier btw). Oh Marin, celebrating Shizuku-tan birthday with these silly masks: so typical, but I laughed quite a bit! Great episode, easily the best of the season for me so far (that said, all episode have been great so far this season, so definitely can't complain). |

| Marin is love!!! Ughhh, Marin episodes make me so incredibly happy! Last week’s episode is still spinning in my head! I don’t know why, but I’ve really, *really* loved season two! Pure enjoyment! Even more than the first season — both artistically and story-wise! Even the opening is so beautiful! That scene of Marin being all sweet while she’s sick is still playing in my head… I’m excited for this episode because it’s titled *"I Love Slice of Life!"* And I love that too… Let’s watch. **After watching:** So it’s a birthday celebration episode!! In three days, everyone’s going to celebrate Waguri… hmm… not the best idea hahahahahahaha!!! As for our cosplay guy — if he did what he did in my country and culture… trust me, you'd find him hanging, dead — I’m not exaggerating hahahahahahahahahahaha! My mom would *never* allow something like that! In fact, she wouldn’t allow *any* kind of cosplay. That kind of stuff is totally unacceptable here. I think if Marin lived here, she’d cry a lot because the reaction of the cosplayer’s girlfriend would actually be considered *very normal* here! About the hand gesture — I liked it! | The cosplay is strong with this episode. Poor Gojo, equipped with G-cups. Well, they are bigger than my natural man boobs. "I want to try out all kinds of things." You will get the opportunity, hanging with Marin. Love Gojo's ability to channel and amplify the happiness of those around him. The subject matter give the show license to use a higher proportion of stills. Kitagawa-san is always Kitagawa-san. |

| Ah, the anime finally acknowledged that you can buy custom wigs and character outfits for cosplay. I think it's way more fun for them to create costumes and wigs from scratch, but it was only a matter of time before Gojo discovered this. Wonder if they'll actually buy ready-made costumes later. It doesn't seem like creating costumes like in Season 1 is a huge focus anymore anyway. Even when not cosplaying that guy still looks like a girl. There's a lesson to be learned here for Gojo about when Amano dumped his girlfriend after she bluntly told him to stop crossplaying. I'd do the same thing if someone told me to stop doing something I loved just cause they can't stand/understand it. Wow. Marin looks so different and cool when she's modeling. It's insane. But then that birthday party for Shizuka-tan lol. She really is a crazy fangirl. |

I personally don't care about trans stuff at all but you could see the emotions pouring in that short segment. Nice for him he feels accepted now. | Love how the recap summed up last episode's most important part xD And honestly, Amane's reason for cosplaying makes sense and it's great that he could gain more confidence through it. Good for him dumping his ex. I mean, can't really blame her for her initial reaction upon discovering dresses and that she doesn't like a a guy crossplaying. Ideally she could've reacted a bit more understanding and not dismiss his hobby as something freaky. Yet she's just a "normie" who has no idea and it's definitely a hobby one should know about before dating. At least I would disclose something like that early on when I get serious with someone. This just means that she wasn't the right one. Thankfully there are enough people appreciating the art of expressing oneself via cosplay. The part where he took photos and Marin's reaction were great. Our relationship is based on money is not the thing you want to say in front of others. Good thing she didn't misunderstand. Gojo is definitely the boyfriend, even if he doesn't know yet. Then again, pretty sure no one would guess that they were celebrating Shizuka's birthday 😂 Marin is different. |

| i dunno why Gojou was so surprised during Marin's modeling photoshoot... cosplay is just HIGHLY advanced modeling work. think on ONE core look a model pulls off... one outfit... one makeup... one set of accessories... then turn that up to 1,000 because a model is essentially... them... but altered slightly. whereas the cosplayer is taking themself OUT of the image... subsuming their individuality underneath the character they've become. as the old saying goes, 'clothes make the man'... or woman... 'but cosplay makes the person into the character'. did everybody notice when the magazine rep lady let loose with the 'models bring their boyfriends to the shoots so they can just go right into a date afterwards.' ??? but Gojou just blithely ignored it till the lady doubled down and CONCENTRATED on the boyfriend point and he caught up with her? ;> |

| The animation style for this anime is so pretty, like some of the scenes with how Gojo moves or like the eye movement with the male cosplayer or even how Marin moved in some scenes its all so dynamic and very unique. I think that girl was a piece of trash for just hating on my dudes hobby, cosplayers are incredible and truly put so much love and effort into their works, I'd love to try it one day with a character I love. Also Gojo and Marin are so sweet with how they interacted with that guy. |
| These past two episodes have been some of the weakest of the series so far. Just not interested in this random person they found on the street. I get what they're trying to convey, that cosplay can instill confidence in someone, but it rings kind of hollow when it's with some random dude. At least the birthday at the end was hilarious. And the photoshoot scene shows just how beautiful this series looks. |

| The animation may have been great in some parts, but they could only do that because of all the times they cheaped out on other bits. Like too often showing the rear view of the speaker to avoid animating the lip flaps, especially at 10:16 which looked really unnatural, or those 20 seconds of powerpoint at 9:20. The most important question though was if that's a hint of a nip slip at 2:07? It's exactly the same shot as in S1E05@14:05 but I didn't notice it then for some reason. You'll see it better with the subs off. |

| Hmm yeah this show has lost it. All this crossdressing stuff is just too much. It’s funny for a few seconds but now it’s just more than worn its welcome and become a soapbox moment. Also I feel bad for his girlfriend and yet the show tries to make her out to be the villain. This show needs to go back to focusing on the intricacies and overcoming the pitfalls around cosplay, and Marin’s and Gojou’s relationship, not these weird and random side characters. |
