| Somehow the recaps are getting longer and longer lol. How long was this one? 5 MINUTES?!?!? What?? That aside, for the actual content, we know butlers in this series are not your normal butlers.. and we know this fact for years now, but yeah, except for the discovery that these women and Suliivan’s butler are actually from army, I didn’t really expect Sullivan’s butler, or more like former butler, to be this good in fight as well. I mean, he literally overpowered everyone there and almost had Ciel screaming prayers for his life.. almost, until mister toothbrush moustache appeared. I legit don't remember him, but yeah, that timing was really something. If anything, I really liked this episode for the fact that we finally gave others a chance to show just how inhuman all of them are as well lol. Pretty rare in this series but welcomed. Chef’s kiss to Tanaka-san’s sword skills btw. He’s a bonafide japanese. Which breathing style is that though? xD |

| I am mildly annoyed that we only got 14 minutes of content... like... with five minutes of recap and four minutes of opening and ending... wth. i get it this arc is short, but that's crazy. This episode covered chapter 100 and half of chapter 101 of the manga, following almost the exact panel-by-panel sequence of events. You could truly follow along with the manga in hand, bc the dialogue and scenery is the same. which i think is the reason the episodes are so short. but idk. This is one of my favorite arcs so i guess it was still good |
| Point 1 Agree, the re-cap is taking a bit long time that it feels like some sort of strategic move or filler, unless that was just there with the attempt to remind or give some sort of emotional impact... which sadly doesn't work for me, since it just makes me want for it to get back on where it left off. Hopefully this doesn't affect the probability of it continuing with the arcs, getting new seasons. Point 2 Lol Ciel, this is the 2nd time I saw you crossdressing. I'm not complaining. Point 3 YES! Imma be honest... there could be a time where I might say someday that showing off servants could get old to me??? BUTTT not today buddies.... I mean just look at this Finnian Also Tanaka Jii sword-style! Listen, if I'm gonna have servants, I'd be sure to take notes and hire maybe ex-military, ex-assassin... maybe ex-human experiment, depending on what abilities they have... oh... and ex-circus performer. xD |
| The episode was great, but I was really annoyed by this long ass rerun Since they recap every other episode couldn't they have made one less episode? Instead of 13 episodes, they should make 12 and they wouldn't have to extend and stuff everything so much. |

| @_itsumaima4321 He is Diedrich. He is Ciel's father's friend from school. If you remember last season (The Public School arc), we were shown a flashback about how Ciel's father tricked Diedrich to become basically his "servant" for life. He has just gained lot of weight in this, probably because all the stress the Phantomhives have put him through...xD |

| @_itsumaima4321 Why does everyone suddenly forget who Diedrich is lol Unfortunately now he's fat af, but he's our angry boy, Vincent's close friend. Often when there are flashbacks with Vincent he also appears. He had a bigger role in the previous arc when he was Vincent's ''rival'' at school, but he also appeared e.g. in Book of circus.As these flashbacks have already shown, he is a friend who, at Vince's request, was supposed to help Ciel if needed. You could call him a fake uncle. I still can't get over how Yana fattened him up XD My beautiful boy died. Although every time he appeared he ate sandwiches I had a slight suspicion that it might end badly lol |

| @orihihc Yeah, because there's not much material to fit in I think that's why they drag out the episodes with these reruns. It's a shame because I was hoping they'd still fit in the popularity rankings but now there's no point in dreaming about it... The only question is why they didn't make one less episode? Then they wouldn't have to use recaps like that. Unless it's not up to the studio, I don't know |

| Annoyingly long recap aside, a very entertaining episode!!! Always enjoy watching the Black Butler servants being in badass fighting mode - snipers in particular are one of my favorites, so it's especially hype to see Mey-Rin when she takes off her glasses. But wow, even Tanaka joined the fray! I totally forgot he could fight too. His switch is the funniest. Ciel sure loves crossdressing. And Diedrich is here!! Diedrich being a lot fatter in the present is literally the only thing I remember from the Emerald Witch arc manga lmao. |

| Diedrich?! I forgot he was German. Of all the people to ride to the rescue, he never crossed my mind. I wondered what happened to Vincent's friends from school, especially the other prefects. Good to know he still had a relationship with one before he was killed. |
