| A final battle featuring the main cast against the guild master. A fitting season finale tbh and ofc, Alina is at the center of it. Luckily, they managed to deal with the problem. The guild work gag is still here for amusement in the end. This anime never forgot about its humor even from the start. A fun anime imo. It took on a humorous plot about overtime and made it into a story. Good for Lululee to get some spotlight in the season finale too. |

| With guildmaster Glen succumbing to the dark god's core, both Silver Sword and Alina have no choice but to face him head on, no matter the inner being of the human or the dark god itself. Jake taking a massive risk by having a Sigurth combine skill to read the dark god's attacks, and Alina can concentrate on her own base Dia power and expel the dark God from Glen to stop his plan from turning back time and reviving Lynn. Alina is back to work, and working overtime is still the usual, though Glen has recovered due to the incomplete consumption of the dark god's core. Still, Alina is pissed that Glen didn't give her what she wanted for time off, though for this effort that he would reward her, it appears as if that he was silenced, so Jade and the others ended up not learning anything about their mastermind...but instead, faces the mountains of paperwork alongside Laila. Jade giving Alina the failed guiding light as a sign that there're be no more deaths...and so long as bosses live, Alina will always have to work her way to eliminate overtime. It's a semi-fun show, though your experience may vary. |

| The anime about everyone's dream job a guild receptionist a nice job with rarely any overtime who doesn't want to do that. Alina seemed to be enjoying it and she even had a hobby in her spare time defeating bosses and helping out adventurers. I don't think it had anything to do with frustrations regarding overtime... Hopefully we will see more of this in the future seeing as there are still some questions unanswered. |
| “Overtime is all bullshit” ahhh im gonna miss this show and Jade and Alina so much! Great finale, only thing I would’ve liked to see is maybe something more concrete with Jade and Alina ship, but hey baby steps! At the start of this season she wanted to kill him and hated his guts, now she’s blushing when she gets gifts from him π I’ll take it. Glad everything ended well with Glen. He went about things horribly, but no doubt he was a great fella and just couldn’t handle the death of his baby girl, but she never would’ve wanted to see him act like this and hurting innocent people in her name. I like Alina’s line to him about how he was so caught up in bringing her back, he hadn’t appreciated the memories and lessons she taught him. Nice contrast with Alina who constantly thinks of the adventurer from her past’s lessons, but wouldn’t trade her current life to bring him back. Lmao at Alina being more concerned about Glen stopping her overtime than whether or not he survived π I’m wondering who is pulling the strings and preyed on Glen to get him to turn into a dark god tho π€ still a lot of mystery with the overarching plot in this one, but the character interactions were so good and Alina is such a great MC I didn’t even care lol. Silver sword shouldn’t have put their foot in their mouths with freeing Alina from overtime though because she’s going to be working them to the bone going forward lol! Jade promising to get stronger so Alina doesn’t have to fight is kinda giving Wilhelm and Theresa from RZ. He’s a sweetheart I’ll never get how people don’t like him? All he wants to do is make life easier for Alina and he was even willing to ignore her to protect her a couple weeks ago. Love that guy! At this point, Alina may as well just join silver sword tho lol. Great finale, I’m gonna miss this show sm. |

| And so we end with saving Glen, more overtime shenanigoats, and one last romantic tease between Alina and Jade. I'm sure I've watched flimsier, but the main premise or gimmick for this series has got to be one of the flimsiest I've seen in quite a while. It quickly grew old and by the end the only thing I actually liked out of this entire show were those romantic teases we'd often get between Alina and Jade. The flirting and blushing was often cute and enjoyable. But the story itself was pretty boring and the dark god schtick got old after the first one. Maybe had there been some Alina fan service I'd have liked it more. Seemed like a missed opportunity in that regard, but this didn't seem like that type of show so whatever. Would I watch more? Eh...it would have to be in a pretty weak season, but maybe, I guess. 6/10 |
| Uh, swing? Guild Receptionist is a series that can't decide what it wants to do. Is it a comedy about a girl who hates her job? Is it a fantasy adventure about skills, dungeon crawling, and dark gods? Is it a romance between a dumbass simp and the resident tsundere? Where does PTSD Loli fit into all of this? The series could have chosen one thing to be good at, but instead chooses to half-ass lots of things, ending up as totally unremarkable. A handful of good moments and an excellent ED just barely push this into 6/10 territory. Insert rant here about how unlikable Alina is. Bitching about her Me Time while everyone is dying around her. Not even Rie Takahashi and the shortest skirt in the series could save this awful character. |

| Monstrous and also capable of teleporting is such a potent combo. The party coming togetehr to combine their skills was pretty cool though. One hell of a comeback for their fight though. Being threatened by Alina sure is terrifying. Man that sure was a fearsome pile of docs they needed to complete for OT. |

| I hope they release a second season. I really like this anime. Simple but different, with a charming and exciting main character. I really liked Alina's personality, and I'm going to start reading the manga because it leaves me wanting more. Those damn overtime hours... I know what Alina San feels like. |

| Besides somewhat interesting characters and decent animation it's extremely average anime. The plot is very generic, every fight is almost the same. 'Angry receptionist complaining about overtime' feature got old after few episodes. It's not the worst anime of the season but top contender for the most disappointing. For amount of hype before the season and studio behind, it clearly underdelivered. |
| Glen was left alive, he better work to free Alina of her overtime. Curious about the real mastermind, prolly someone they already know going by Glen's statement. Some fun interactions with the group and sweet Jade x Alina moment. Was a decent watch, earlier episode seemed somewhat promising but just another somewhat entertaining fantasy. I did enjoy Alina's character a lot though. Rieri was a big plus as well. |

Alina does represent me, and that alone might be the reason why I like the show this much. If I had the chance to do the same to a boss... | My thoughts on the show: I liked the comedic (and implied romance) bits, the lighthearted tone, the overworking jokes (even though it got a bit repetitive at the end), Alina's character and personality and VA (also Lululee). I didn't like the action scenes, the attempts to do a more serious story (generally full of silly plotholes), the somewhat forced drama at the end. Overall, it was better than I expected, but still not a fantastic show imo. |
| This anime was really fun to watch, I really liked all the characters from the main cast (specially Alina and Lululee), and the story itself was pretty enjoyable. I do hope we get a season 2 sometime in the future, there's probably a lot more to explore. |

| Very entertaining anime, very funny, bit of a logic gap though. Alina is strong enough to solo any boss, she could just become a world class solo adventurer instead of doing guild work. 8/10. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| Ugh what a crap ending, how does a super time ability give you one giant arm? Also he can STOP time yet she ran at him from 30 feet away and he just stood there and let her hit him. And the topper, "I didn't kill them, even though I could to give you hope you can beat me" 9_9 Oh brother, the only thing this episode had was proof that only Alina had a magical skirt, which despite being shorter and her being in more exposed positions still never once flipped up, but Lululee, despite being the one with a magic skill, somehow gets flipped in the air once and gets exposed. . Seriously though how weren't they all dead? That tiny girl getting punched by an arm as big as her and hard enough to make her fly dozens of feet, she should be worse than Cha hunter when the Super bug smacked her. Well whatever this show had shit writing from the start. And of course Glen was just manipulated by the big baddie, which makes absolutely zero sense, when Glen kept having Alina help which completely ruined his plans, why would he not ban her from ever participating or keep her away from everything? Ugh whatever trying to figure this out is pointless, this was a cute character design (ruined by a horrible personality) in search of a story and they came up with the lamest one ever. They even end it with them doing paperwork...it's NOT funny. 4/10 I actually started to hate this by the end, especially after checking out the manga and realizing this is a pretty shitty adaptation and this could have been way better. |

| Right so I really have nothing to say about the episode. It was a fine wrap up to the show nothing really interesting happened. The guild master had a compelling backstory bht as a character is just dull. This show was MASSIVELY carried by Alina she completely held this show together. Jades a fine male lead generally and Lulu was a okay character. She had good development I just wasn’t a big fan of her. Lowe sucked he was completely irrelevant. I think the show had a strong start and generally started to drop off as time went on. The plot of the dark gods was extremely dragged and boring. The only somewhat interesting one was the twins because they felt a bit more unique to the other 2. I think the comedy was generally good but the overtime jokes started to drag out a lot. Started off as a 9/10. Final rating 7/10 (Side note: The openings animation style is unironically one of the prettiest and most unique styles I’ve ever seen and I think the anime would have been way more interesting to see in that style) |
| So the only thing this dumbass accomplished was losing an arm, what a pathetic "villain" lol Well, it's over, I like this anime, it was fine, I love Alina and Jade, the rest of the cast was ok too, the plot is dumb and mid but whatever I never expected a masterpiece. I liked the 1st half more tho, after a certain point it begins to become wayyy too generic, more than what it already was, but like I say, it was an overall good show. The animation was good too, nothing out of the ordinary but at least I never saw a quality drop or anything so that's nice. I give this one a solid 7, if it were just for Aline and Jade it would be an 8, but overall is a 7 for me. |

| Alina-san never changes and that’s exactly what’s best, lol. Guildmaster’s motivation was understandable and I get that there was hesitation from his side which probably led to the incomplete transformation but coming out of that alive with just an arm lost and dia gone, he got out of it pretty lightly, no? Who’s the real mastermind though? That’s the biggest giveaway this season and the deliberate decision to show this on the final episode must mean they’ve something planned for the future, right? Hero knows it all, xD. Will her overtime truly ever end? Op and ED were fabulous, certainly one of the better ones this season. 7/10 |

| Damned with faint praise. This anime started with an interesting premise, if only it had kept it for more than one episode. Unfortunately for us though the writer didn't have the chops for it and it quickly devolved into a generic fantasy anime with a weak twist and a rather average cast of characters. A more interesting anime would have seen Alina keeping her double life a secret right up to episode twelve and we could have had a fun comedy routine where she was a guild receptionist by day and a hammer wielding psycho at night. Crushing dungeon bosses left and right because the adventurers were too incompetent to do it themselves. But alas it was not to be so we are left with this forgettable anime. Honestly I dunno why I kept watching... oh that's right! It's because Cloverworks A team did the opening before handing it off to their interns to animate the episodes. |
I think this anime could have had a better plot development because we end up knowing nothing at all, and the relationship remains totally undefined. At least they kept consistency with the overtime hours from start to finish. The animation is beautiful and smooth, but unfortunately, the fights get repetitive, which makes them kind of boring. One thing that could've been interesting is a bit of ecchi, I think it would fit well with the show. A second season seems pretty unlikely, though. |
| The best thing about the show was the Ghibli opening and the short tempered Alina.I Takahashi, Rie sounds really unusual in this role, I only knew her voice from sweet girls. The working overtime joke became lame quickly, she could have worked anywhere else. Overall a cute show with a brutally enchanting heroine. |

| I didn't enjoy the series that much, with me watching the latest episodes days after it was released but this finale wasn't too bad. I felt like the fight ended too fast but other than that, it was okay. |
