I watched this anime while it was airing almost 6 years ago and even dabbled into the manga after S1 ended. And now we're almost at the 200 chapter mark. Anime ended before the 70 chapter mark (can't remember exactly when because it's been way too long). There's more than enough source material. I can't get over how much more this series was more than some fantasy romance drama. The art is beautiful. Yona is such a well written female character that actually develops into a beautiful person.

Please Studio Pierriot, give me a season 2. You may have shit on Tokyo Ghoul but you did this anime so well T-T

I watched it last year and even made a fanart out of love (I don't really draw). Seeing the OVA episodes only made the deception of not having a second season worse.

Still, wouldn't lose all hope. I mean, they did make a Fruits Basket reboot and second season 18 YEARS later from the original. Keep the faith! XD

it's not impossible, Chihayafuru had to wait 6 years for a third season, so it's possible that there could be more Yona of the Dawn at some point

At best(?) we could get a 2nd anime season when the manga is near its end. Would be a good advertisement/commercial to get new readers to buy tanks of Yona. Which is of course, sad to think of. Would've loved 2 or 3 seasons of Yona. (2 cour each of course)

Same here. I don’t get why there’s no talks about continuing this anime. It’s well rated compared to most of the animes that got a season 2.
