| I can't take another would-be penultimate chapter for a named character..Shousa's always been one of the good ones, too. At least he has the probability on his side, considering not too many characters get such an impact-killing death by essentially revealing the likelihood the chapter before, especially within this particular war arc. Shousa's own words were pretty damning, though... The fat man in Gyoku Hou Unit just needs 2 pages for that but Shousa needs a whole chapter ???? This chapter would be better if it was about banaji vs akakin instead of some Qin newbie vs Zhao Elite trops I get the frustration, as much as there is going on. Akakin vs Bananji is particularly appealing. But remember a common theme of Kingdom is that the smallest of waves can build enough momentum to have major impact on the battle, and war as whole. Also if you can't appreciate the sweetest essence of Kingdom coming from the gritty/emotional struggles of the 'Old Guard' of Hi Shin(Bi Tou, Bihei, En, Ryuusen had some defining moments), then I can't help you. |
