I think Natsunosuke made the right choice, at least for himself and his future. There's a lot of money at stake after all. Overall, I guess this season felt pretty much the same as the first season. | Lol, Bonda did it. Enjoyed it overall as much as S1, even tho this season had one or two episodes that stood really out for me. Cool show that tackles the business in an unique way, but I honestly still prefer Tonegawas approach when it comes to adult slice of life. |

| Bonds sure is an unyielding bastard when it comes to money. Damn! that bastard likes dough so much. I didn't expect that celebrity couple's situation would hold water for him, but it surprisingly did which is farfetched in my view. 26m is not a bad salary for him but it doesn't make him special though, if anything else he's below his friends especially Yukio who 20m more from his 19m salary. I still wonder what is the real deal of Bonda's story and aim? Because I don't see him become a star and I see only a money obsessed guy who will grow a bit of millions there and there. His story doesn't seem to contain real growth or inspiring for that matter, we watched week by week but no content worth memorable for the future. Even with the girl Yuki, he didn't even make any progress worth mentioning. I understand why the show is getting less viewers by the season. NOTHING IS UNDERRATED ABOUT THIS ANIME 6/10 |

| what a nice 2nd season episode finale! it the argument of Bonda really didn't make a different but Bonda was extremely lucky when the press came to interview him while they are on break and used that as a weapon to make finally the negotiations bump from 25.5m to 26m! nice job there! 5/5. 7/10. |

| Hahaha! Bonda's such a great character. Good for him. But that ending lol! Dude's got his work cut out for him. That's for sure. Exceptional(and different) baseball anime, which makes it all the more sad that this will probably never get another season when the generic Ace of Diamond gets like, 500 episodes. |
| This season was definitely stronger than the first, with more engaging episodic stories and the cast being able to do more now that their introductions were out of the way, and they could come together and interact much more naturally especially in settings outside of the scope of the game. After the very solid radio episode, the season was consistently entertaining (but did Toku really forget Bonda's gaff in the meantime?). But, these last 2 episodes were more annoying than fun, even though it certainly fits Bonda's character and the show. Honestly, his position was laughably weak and entirely circumstantial. Overall, these 24 episodes were an interesting, but uneven, watch with some good comedy and human drama in a pro baseball setting. I liked how it attempted to be serious about the business, but didn't lose itself in cynicism, instead opting more for a 'healing' type of comedy with some drama. |

| Actually a pretty great finale for this show, what’s a better way to end a show about a baseball player that’s fixated on money than negotiating a pay raise lol, but it was actually really interesting and engaging, the fact Bonda had that entire media exposure story ready to back his reasoning was wild. And in the end he won his appeal on got the exact raise he wanted, and like that we’re back in the stadium and talking about money being buried under the pitch, keep winning that bread Bonda, maybe one day Yuki will be yours lol. And with that I’ve finished Gurazeni, and there’s no more after it this time unless you count the manga lol. There’s not much more I can say than I did before, my thoughts are mostly the same but I do have some things to praise this season a bit more than the first. Even though this season was less focused on actually playing baseball, I feel this season was slightly better than the first, and I think that’s thanks to it being a bit more character focused. And I think I learned more from this show than most SoLs that I’ve seen lol, it wasn’t just thanks to my cluelessness with baseball, the show was just super informative about pro baseball, it was a very good SoL in that aspect. And of course the OP and ED were still banging in this 2nd season, I mean they didn’t change except for the ED’s visuals lol, but I think I do prefer Season 1’s ED visuals even if this Season’s fits the song more. But with that, I gotta say goodbye to Bonda and the spiders, as well as Yuki. I’d like to see a 3rd season of this one day but I doubt it’ll ever happen, but I think I might check out more baseball anime thanks to this show, but sadly I doubt any of them will be quite like this one, but I guess that’s what makes this one special lol. |
