| Another pretty good episode. Although the fights aren't much, I kind of like the characters and the comedy. The MC also kind of makes a new mix on handling demons. |

| New interesting characters appeared. One would be Sytry Cartwright or just plain Sitori. He's the heir of Balberith and also a fallen angel who has met Solomon before. Others would be the mysterious priest, Father Crosby, and a fellow prefect, Swallow. Gilles de Rais appears again! Through an unexpected entrance. Apparently, Dantalion is a Nephilim. And Sitori is against him because of that. William owns a ring from God, which is in the possession of Kevin! I'll still continue on to find out what will happen. |

| Okay I did really enjoy this episode but it was alittle lacking somewhat in the fight bc it just reminded me of the first episode fight but other then that it was good n how whats his face came out of Dantelion's legs that shit was funny as hell. |

| I'm glad all the closed-minded annoying straight people are dropping this. If you're gonna judge an anime based on how many females there are, or if you want "boobs", go watch a hentai jesus christ. It even says "shoujo" as a genre on the front page. Anyways, I'm loving it so far. Gives me mad Karneval vibes. The anime is pretty and i love all the pretty boys, with Sytry's entrance I think he's my favorite character now, I really liked his random "transformation". |

Technically the demons in hell are the one's who followed Lucifer's revolt against God and were cast down into the pit; the Nephilim belonged to the group of Angel's that God sent as the "Watchers" to oversee humanity, the Nephilim were those Watchers who fell in love with human women and sired supernatural creatures and they were partially responsible for causing God to create Noah's flood. The intriguing part is that this animation theorizes that the Nephilim are social outcasts from the "pure' demons, also it may also be hinting at an old theological question. Angles were thought to be sexless, where as it is known that the Nephilim were men. This roughly corresponds to how the two characters were drawn, I will be very curious to see if this is developed more (outside of the mere BL aspect). 2) Gilles de Rais fought as an ally of Joan of Arc and is famous for one of the greatest child serial killers in history. Very interesting person. Will be interesting to see how he is tied to Dantallion. So some interesting stuff that can be developed in interesting ways. Will have to watch the next episode to see what comes next. Oh, and "Solomon's Ring" also allows the wearer to communicate with animals, that should be brought into the story pretty soon as well. Thanks for clarifying the theology, I'm really intrigued now. I know most find William's character annoying, but I have to say I love how he handles these demons. From what we have seen so far, it appears his method is clearly different from his ancestors, Solomon's (or maybe not??). Well... I plan to keep watching to see. Thanks Takuan Soho! |

| Oh there it is, the ring! By the way, is Sytry Cartwright a woman or a man? If she's a woman that that lap pillow thing on Solomon is nothing, but if he's a male then the blushing and the lap pillow thing is a little shounen-ai-ish, other than that this episode pretty much void of shounen ai vibe. Edit: Another thing, the mahou shoujo-like transformation for Sytry ~.~ I am liking William more and more now, he sure has the "presence" of a noble or something. Sourire said: Weren't the bats suppose to keep an eye out for the MC, they could've see that Sytry was a demon.. plot hole.. I like William's ability to cancel out everyone's magic, that make him more "king"-like. |
