| I was a bit worried I wasn't going to care for this at first. Ackman failing to kill the women because they were bikini-clad was a pretty lame bit, and thought the whole special would revolve around him trying to kill somebody but failing for one reason or another. But then the Angel pulled out a gun and that was the hardest I've laughed in awhile, helped by him killing someone else instead of Ackman. They never topped that initial joke, but this was mostly fun after that. Thought the tank bit was a bit overkill, but otherwise it was very amusing. My other favourite bits were the Angel throwing the grenade at Ackman's car only for somebody else to drive in the way and catch it, and Ackman killing the MMA Champion just by shooting him. The ending gag was decent as well, I appreciate how it tied into that earlier bit I called lame. Because now, that earlier moment isn't just a joke I didn't find funny, but it doubles as a way to build-up to the final act of this OVA, which makes me less negative towards it. 7/10. |
| This actually got some laughs out of me, i just randomly decided to watch it and was not expecting that type of humor. Its a shame this is so short, would have loved a couple full length episodes. Surprised this isnt more well known, and that its rated so low(although I can see some being turned off by the humor). Wish Toryiama had done more adult/edgy humor like this, that was part of why i liked the original dragon ball even if there was not much of that. |
