They really wanted that honey, all the bees stings looked painful...

Pretty good manga and the art was amazing. This series is really underrated imo.

So that's it huh? Finale was kinda weak tbh.

This series was ok I guess. Some chapters were pretty good, others were boring and repetitive. (not having any dialogue certainly didn't help that I ended up just skimming through the pages at times)
Overall this had great art but other than that, there wasn't much too it. Gon was a fun character to watch though.

The chapter is okay in itself, a funny remake of the mushroom gathering chapter.

2/5 It is a non-end. (I know it's comedic and about animals but something could have been made)

A good animal comedy. Its main attraction is clearly its fantastic "natural" art but the reader stays for Gon's usually funny stand-alone stories. There are a few surprises to shake off the formulaic aspect (only two big categories of stories after all) but it wears off a bit after a while and could have been a book or two shorter.

Score: 7/10

This manga was really well drawn, and i liked the idea of showing and not telling.
However the non existing plot and very bland characters hurt alot, the art alone couden't carry this and ended up being average.

11/10 art, but not much of a story. I understood half of the stories in the manga, but some were just too basic and dull to understand slightly in the first place. It was alright. I liked Gon I guess, but the word "plot" didn't even exist in the series, so that was a problem. Overall, it was alright. Amazing art.

There was no continuity until vol.7, which is a noticeable inconsistency.
And still, Bill will live on.
He will befriend the next inhabitants of the earth, beings of light who revere him as a god.
And Bill will outlive them all... for millions and millions of years...exploring, learning, living,
until the earth is swallowed beneath his feet.
Until the sun is long since gone.
Until time loses all meaning and the moment comes that he knows only the positions of the stars
and sees them whether his eyes are closed or open.
Until he forgets his name and the place where he'd once come from.
He lives and he lives until all of the lights go out.

It was actually a good manga, impressive art, fun adventures most of the time and a charismatic main character yet the fact it was actually heading nowhere wouldn´t have make it enjoyable enough if it continued for longer.

I really disliked this. A repetitious story that overstayed it's welcome. The paneling was my biggest problem though. Aside from the art and a couple of chapters, I did not enjoy it.

Really agressive bees and Gon wasn't the only one to get plot armor.
The finale could just abandon the episodic nature for good and wrap up something.
But I enjoyed the art and the comedy of the series so that's fine.

This was a pretty decent read (if you can call it that) overall despite having some so-and-so chapters throughout. The best ones were definitely the chapters where Gon grows up alongside the animals he hangs out with~

What can I say, everyone loves Honey. haha, get Honey extension. Gon do be holding it out tho with the stings for everyone.

Great manga. I have seen manga with no speech but I think Gon is probably the best in that category. This was a good read.

8/10.

Reminds me a lot of the cartoons I use to watch as a kid. Something about Gon just reminds me of those old Looney Tunes episodes.

Overall, this is a pretty boring manga held up by some amazingly detailed art. Gon is kind of interesting too but in the end this manga just wasn’t as fun, especially towards the end when it just dragged on and on.

Well, all these stings weren't probably worth it the honey but they got it.
Impressive manga for its art for sure, people will dislike it because it has no story and all but I just see it as a great way to show the author's best art regarding animals and environments.
