That was kinda sad. Even though Hina Ichigo is way crazy and can be annoying at times, it was sad to see her go. But I'm looking forward to the finale.

Very realistic death for a doll I would have to say.
I really actually got so connected with the little ball of joy that i sprung tears for her :(

Hina Ichigo was one of the few kawaii filled characters which I do not find even annoying, but actually pretty much adoring...and she didn't DIE, she fall in a deep sleep.

And MANLY tears were SHED...once again.

Tears shed for hina. I have always loved hina, but more so now. And that was a very realistic way for a doll to go.

awww poor Hinaichigo.
Anyway it seems Shinku and Suigintou would be more evenly matched now since they both have two Roza Mystica.

Yeah, the rabbit and "Father" were really obvious.

It's so sad to see Hinaichigo go. That was definitely to cry for.

Yeah, me too. She's so annoying but I still cried... I felt worse last episode though. Poor Souseiseki...

The creepy rabbit being that guy was expected but I didn't expect the other guy to be Rozen. Really, it was so damn obvious that I didn't thought it was it. I always doubt the obvious.

With that melancholy background music... bwaaaaaaaaaa
There is like 2 weeks delay in my recent reading list
I randomly bought discount/second hand manga with cute/mysterious cover.

What's that? Don't be ridiculous! I just got something in my eye near the end of the episode is all...I was definitely NOT almost crying...
Harems don't exist in America. If one guy is constantly surrounded by beautiful girls, then he's probably the gay friend.

5/5

I think most of you should have a doubt on the "father", which is quite different for the assistant, blatantly obvious his true role. Too touching this episode, I cried a lot. the pathos that was created was so intense, it could not remain indifferent! T_T
Great design, referring really fine details and good animations.
The only thing that saddens me is that so far there has never been room for Tomoe to know her better.
The episode deserves a good rating as 6/5! * _ *

Alright, I NEVER cry during movies/TV shows/etc, but I was pretty darn close when Hina-Ichigo was at Tomoe's house. She was so cheerful and like her normal self, but then she started twitching and you could tell she was dying ;_; Definitely the saddest part of the series thus far.

Welp, they walked into a trap. Turns out that the bunny dude actually is that guy from the shop, and that the doll maker is father (although I would have expected him to be older...whatever). Looks like next episode is going to have most of the fighting.

No Tomoe-chan, don't cry plserino. I don't even like Hina and that scene hurt a bit.

Same here. I never cry during shows but the Hina-Ichigo scene almost did it. She was my favorite character.

Just a second...my contacts are bothering me.

Very obvious reveals here, but the Hinaichigo scene was fittingly emotional.

@Lost_Viking Rewatching this again 7 years later, I feel the same way as I did back then. It was hard to watch Hina-Ichigo die.

I was wondering if they'd ever bring up the whole "Hina-Ichigo is mediumless" thing

Even when extremely expected what her fate would be and that Shinku would get her Rosa Mystica, Hina-Ichigo's death did hit the feels. She's the second oldest Rozen Maiden we meet in the story, so even the slightest emotional attachement is to be expected. The start of this season specially made me like her even more. I wish the whole anime could've been about their slice of life antics, but it is called Dreamend for a reason, the Alice Game has properly started, despite how much Shinku didn't want so.

Talking about that, a big difference between seasons is that the first one had its downtime more towards the middle, with big plot progression at the starting episodes and in the ending ones. In the case of Traumend its different, it seems like the story is slowly progressing more and more with each episode that passes, like an exponential function, there's more meet the further you go.

Really interested in how the next episode will go down. With a proper meeting between (almost) all the Rozen Maidens and their father, I'd expect some sort of revelation
