Wait, so what do you want to say. That you dislike omelets or never had them? I guess if you have never ate any, then you must have had a very boring childhood =/

I red hot wok, and three eggs, no beating or mixing required, pour the egg into the wok, and let it bubble as it cooks, sprinkle a large hand ful of spring onions, then flip the egg over, then let it fry till tis crispy ^_^.

If I'm going to eat an omelet then most likely it will be ham & cheese. Though my Grandmother made a good one with asparagus and peppers I should ask her how to make it.

Anything pretty much. It's best when it's overloaded with ingredients. So ham, bacon, cheese, red pepper or green pepper, mushroom, onion, and of course cheese.

Whatever's in the frig. An omelette's an omelette as long as whatever's in it cooks well. My favorite is kimchi.

Making the proper way, separating the egg-white and only beating that to get a more fluffy texture, I use mushrooms, spring onions and leeks, a lot of fitting herbs, sometimes cheese.
The simpler version I sometimes use soy sauce and the likes too.
I also really like Okonomiyaki.

And on the edge of sanity I stumble and fall.

How is using only egg whites the proper way?
