Shiho has a good story as sad as it is but im missing the main couple they are getting close to no screentime together lately

8:19 OH DAMN SHE WAS KYOU"S GIRLFRIEND?! I MEAN OF COURSE SHE IS THIS IS A YURI so everyone is gay but Imean yeah I mean lesbian but wow Ok. I totally thought she was the tall girl's girlfriend, Kyou's sister. Ok so that's why she had that reaction before. Her girlfriend is dead... damn ok.

Man things just doesn't seem to go right for Shiho. Music, love, friendship etc. She plays violin but then is destroyed by overwhelming talent, plays guitar she can't get along with anyone having no friends, she finds friends gets in love has fun playing in a band but then Kyou dies, then she moves on improves keeps playing has fun but then before she could do anything with her love her heart is broken into pieces. Of course she has could've done things better like she could've still enjoyed playing violin even if she wasn't the best, she could've still reached out and connected with Kyou again before she died, she could've still played in the band and enjoyed being friends and having fun like Aki is with her crush right now. Just because the person you love doesn't love you doesn't mean you can't be close. She definitely could've quit her band in a nicer way still if she couldn't take being in the band anymore. She doesn't need to be so antagonistic to Aki and Yori. It's not Yori's fault she's too good and has girls falling for her. I love her playing in her new band but she really should move on. I think when she does she'll have matured a lot.

Anyways rooting for both bands. Hope especially for Laureley to go PRO!

Honestly, I couldn't care less about Aki but I'm still somewhat glad she dodged the bullet that is dating the most unstable girl in the show.

Also no way they are skipping Himari x Yori development to focus on this unbearable drama fest smh...

Well, that was certainly something. Now the whole thing about why Shiho quit and formed a new band makes a whole lot more sense.

Himari really do be sticking her nose into stuff that's really none of her business a lot though.

This was actually a significant improvement in quality I'd say, I just hope they keep this up for the final 2 episodes now. Too bad that we don't know when those will air now, thanks to delays. What a mess this has been. Definitely gonna give the manga a shot, I have a feeling that it'll be far better overall.

it is a pity that this work has had so many problems in development, unfortunately the animations are not first-rate and you can see that they try to make as many static scenes as possible, it is a pity because as a Shoujo-ai I am not at all displeased with it. I can't say much for Shiho, she has become the ultimate villain and can't be pandered to. At most one can criticize her for not at least trying with the letter.... But her hatred for her former band is more than justified.

That way I wouldn't have to have any goddamn stupid useless conversations with anybody. If anybody wanted to tell me something they'd have to write it on a piece of paper and shove it over to me. They'd get bored as hell doing that after a while, and then I'd be through with having conversations for the rest of my life

It'll be awhile till the last 2 episodes are out, but if any anime-only viewers like me can't wait, the next episode will start from Vol. 8, Ch. 37 for NEW material. If you want to compare this episode (ep.10), Read Chapters 34-36.

HOWEVER, as I just checked, there are some manga-only sections that were NOT adapted. Specifically, Ch. 30-33 was not adapted. The scene at the mansion was briefly seen in episode 9 and a festival setting was briefly seen in episode 6, but the majority of those respective scenes were manga-only. If you want a longer guide on what was and what wasn't adapted, but suggestion is just read the whole thing, or skim through the whole to see what's new.

this is just getting worse and worse. it's so predictable and boring. shiho is just insufferable and every time we get more background info on her it just makes it worse. she's immature, unintelligent and cannot control her emotions. why the hell does she feel the need to lash out at others for apparently no reason?

also the whole base of laureley or what their name is is sooo flawed. you cannot build your whole life around a dead person's wishes and doing so is not a 'burden on their shoulders' it's just being a dumb bitch

i want a good lesbian anime sooo bad, every single one of them is a flop. it started so good, why the hell is it centered around shiho now??

As much as I dislike Shiho's attitude, she is stealing the spotlight in this show these past few episodes. It was predictable that she likes Aki. Still, I love the revelation.

And yes, I like how tightly related her bandmates to Kyou.

She made this show much more interesting than just Himari and Yori's relationship.

I'll watch the final two episodes tomorrow, and I feel sorry for the people who had to wait for months for this anime to be concluded.

Despite writing then that I dislike Shiho, I now love her for the simple fact that she is the true protagonist of the story. Without her, this anime would have been worse than it is with just the snorefest called Himari and Yori's relationship. Himari is likable despite that.

So we finally got the full backstory to Shiho, seeing how Kyou's death truly affected her and eventually led to her forming the band with Shiho's lover and sister. Meanwhile in the present, Hima makes Shiho confront the truth that she hates Yori because she loves Aki. I found the drama and storytelling really entertaining this episode, its just a shame that the production quality still obviously does not match the story. The worst example continues to be the awful off-model characters that have been a frequent issue. If only the production had not been such a mess.

Things got real this episode, I was amazed. A lot of 'oh damn' moments from me. Still not fond of Izumi honestly. I understand feeling useless, cursed to fail and being insecure, but she seems to resort to exploding when faced with adversities. Granted it makes her a more interestingly-written antagonist, but an annoying one in my opinion

Best episode so far imho, we got to know the story of Laureley's formation as well as the baggage its members carry.. I did think it might be that but I was still shocked to find out it actually was as I surmised..

I also expected Shiho to have a crush on Aki so having confirmation of it in this episode was nice, as it explains all her previous actions. Now that school is back in order, and the stage is set, I'm looking forward to see how things end up happening in the last two episodes!
