| Honestly I hate German food. Too much kraut, too much pig feet and too much potatoes. The only thing I can tolerate are fried sausages, (Bratwurst), when they're of good quality. |

| As a Norwegian, we have an abundance of fish and seafood, so I'm inclined to say that I really do love our smoked and graved or buried or fermented or pickled or mummified salmon. There is no better thing. It goes perfect with literally anything. Pure umami-bami taste explosion. |

| Peaking duck meal. Its the skin of the duck with a pancake, scallions, cucumber, carrot and hoisin sauce. I also love the BBQ. Roast pork with crispy skin, Char sui, Pecking duck, Soy sauce chicken, sausage served on white rice covered in that pecking duck juice with a side of veggies is literally one of the best and cheapest meals you can get. |

 Lanzhou style beef noodle soup, one of the most important Chinese dishes enjoyed by Hui, Chinese-speaking Muslims.  Pizza and spaghetti, essentially a very Quebec thing among the belle province's greasy spoon establishments. I don't like poutine that much.  My favorite Korean cuisine is dotorimuk, acorn jelly. It's also eaten in some parts of Shikoku in Japan. |
