| Matenrou episodeeee!! I loved how overall chaotic it was, everything from Doppo finding that dead person in their apartment, and then calling Hifumi desperately while Hifumi was in his host mode lmao, just that in itself was great. I must say the Jakurai fanservice was pretty strong though, his hair looks beautiful and the billiard scene caught me off guard 😳 other than that, MTC made an appearance and I was not prepared to see my favorite Division like that 😭 The new Matenrou song also slapped pretty hard! Can't wait for next week's episode ~ |

| Matenrou episode!! My fav division! Another good episode introducing the group, while having a lot more was going on than the previous episode with the whole framing Doppo for murder lol. Though, we got to know Doppo more in this episode than Jakurai and Hifumi. So it kinda felt like a Doppo episode tbh. I find it amusing how they show Doppo being the unnoticeable member, while he's one of the most popular Hypno members irl ( ˙꒳˙ ) Tho, seeing how the three interact was enjoyable and the song at the end was great! Also, what was up with that billiard scene lmao. I noticed the anime also wants to show off Jakurai's long flowing locks as much as they can |

| Another fun episode featuring my second favorite group Matenrou. Poor Doppo having being framed for murder while dealing with his stressful work life as a salary man. The group manage to clear his name by having a rap battle against the people that set Doppo up. Hopefully the next episode will focus on the Mad Trigger Crew. |

| This episode was so fun! Matenrou is my 2nd favorite division out of the 4 main ones, and Doppo is my favorite character after the MTC boys, so watching this was really, really nice to me. I feel so bad for him tho... Jyuto only appeared briefly but it the highlight of the episode for me (yes, I'm biased). I love him so much~ |
| We got to see two divisions this time! Hope we actually get one episode per division. The doctor is badass this episode. I didn't know hifumi was that energetic out of his jacket too, guess its only towards woman. Mimimi is scary. I wish we saw opponents fight back too, hopefully in the division battle. Hopefully mad trigger next? people need to give doppo a break |

| Okay, i got some serious murder case to be solved rather than just a usual street problem like before. By featuring another group of a rapper that came from another division, Matenro, starred by the Jakurai sensei, a loyal man Hifumi, and an overtime office worker Doppomine. The interaction between Hifumi and Doppomine were obviously hilarious. Their joke was nicely hit and the conversation felt so good with a little touchable moment that happened here and there. Meanwhile, the doctor kept up his well connection with another division to helped him get a better understanding to resolved the convoluted situations. So, yeah, the result was expected. They finished them off, and the reason behind that was absolutely funny. That girl obsession was purely crazy, a complete ridiculous stalker that using any power to get what she want. Fortunately, Matenro was too strong to be defeated, and the girl finally realized her mistake. Oh, well, a nice conclusion, better than before. The musical elemen of their rap, surely better than Buster Bros, sorry to say that xD. So, yeah, thats it. A little duration compacted in one episode to get a better understanding of their personality. A characterization time already concluded in a nice way. It might be not enough to fill out my feeling. But still, its good rather than nothing. |

| It was nice to see a different group this episode. I feel so bad for Doppo. He is such a great guy but some Matenrou's stans don't even know he exists =/. I hope he can find another job because he is in a toxic work environment. I like the pace of the anime so far and I can't wait to see the next group. I prefer buster bros' songs, but Matenrou has a unique style as well. |
| That was a good episode, I definitely like Matenrou now. Jakurai is awesome and Doppo deserves justice. Does Hifumi's jacket have some magical powers that makes him confident lmao. We'll probably focus on the next 2 groups for the next 2 episodes before we get to the actual rap battles. And I think that's good as we get to know the characters first. |

| I'm a little bit late with my episode review this time, but it's fine This time the episode was centered around Matenrou. Once again, the animation, the soundtrack, and the humour were all on point. The plot was a little bit serious, but mostly humorous, well fitting Matenrou, which, although seems a little bit darker than the other divisions, can still be as ridiculous as others. The episode presented each of the member rather well, managing to showcase their own individual characteristics, as well as the curious relationships between them. Even when introducing new characters, the creators incorporated them well into the world, and made them interesting enough, even if though they appeared only for a single episode. Lastly, the new rap part was once more on par with the usual music, and perfectly synched with Matenrou's style. The anime managed once again to make me like the characters even more, even making me root for a character I don't particularly like in the series. It's still a perfect mix of drawing in new fans, appeasing the already existing fans, and making an all around good anime. It's still perfect for me. It seems that next week there's going to be an episode centered around Mad Trigger Crew, which I'm impatiently awaiting. And after that, I will finally experience an episode dedicated to the best division - Fling Posse. |

| Kinda meh episode, honestly. It was nice to know more about Matenrou and stuff but I wasn't really that interested in what was happening. The whole "let's frame Doppo" plan being schemed by an obsessed Hifumi fan made me cringe harder than usual, by the way. |

Why does Doppo's mic turn into a mobile phone, that just increases the cringe (￣▽￣) How I wanted someone to take off Hifumi's coat the moment he was saying something serious to Mimimi when she was getting arrested, that would have been so hilarious XD That speedy way of speaking of that Mimimi, I knew right away that's Minare XD |
| Another group Division focus, and it's Matenrou. The 3-man group of working professionals, but Doppo's clearly the outlier. A serial murder case in their apartment, and it's clearly a stint a.k.a framing of a cover-up of some sort against Doppo. Not the most innovative story plot ever, but heck, the music is where this all stands. As if that's not enough, obsessed Hifumi fan Mimimi just oozes the stalker feeling that's full of drama-fest cringe. WAIT WHAT...Doppo got the special treatment of turning his Mic into a phone? OK... So far, last episode's Buster Bros!!! focus was the best so far, and Matenrou's was just fine, really. |

| The hypmic gods gave me one thing and that was Matenrou fanservice early, god bless;; but it does feel a bit samey, this plot line (hifumi having a stalker commit a crime) was already done in the drama cds and manga, though I'll let the manga slide a bit because it was adapting the drama cd. here it played out a bit differently but it's still pretty similar. in that case though why even bother changing how it went down, stalkers breaking in and leaving notes feels a bit more grounded than a dead guy because of NTR. doppo's faces were literally my mood during the whole explanation lmao (also where the fuck did the other people show up during the rap segment) it feels a lot more convoluted this time is what i'm getting at. but it's hypmic, and expecting things to be grounded is silly in a world where words are literally weapons so yeah whatever. the anime is really showing how behind in development it was compared to the other works which is understandable, though i think they should have waited to make this until they had the first 4 divisions lore more set in stone. regardless, sho hayami's voice is golden and that's all I can really ask for. Jakurai's ojisan voice ^q^ and the music is still pretty good, nananana~ |
