| It's good that Slop leveling won the CR awards with such a power gap, Gaijin Weebs don't deserve good anime. Not after what they did to frieren, kusuriya, and many others |
| New OP and ED were pretty good, prev ed was better tho. Man the red team plays dirty, obvious dead ball. Anyways how tf can Tou be the only one that can get a lead on the pitcher but not anyone else!? I aint buying that "cause only a-holes can read that pitch" BS they were saying. Anyways the lack of emotion they show when someone gets a homerun throws me off, I was used to them being chill from the SoL things they were doing but this is a match, at least show some expression besides "meh". |

| I kind of get used to first opening and song but I admit that second one is done even better. This show is growing on me, I think that in long term it may end better than we all were expecting. |

| Great episode. I love how chill and 'obnoxiously' confidant the brothers are. Otomi checking in on the score and mom buying a Dummies Guide to Baseball book are both really heart-warming. |
| New OP by Porno Graffitti is definitely better than the prev OP but prev ED by Little Glee Monster is still better than the new ED... Meisei is still loosing, but Touma getting hit made him a more dangerous pitcher! I hope they win against Kenjou! 5/5. |

| previous themes were better but the new OP song is pretty good too, just kinda lacking that climax in the song and a bit of reused footage for the visuals. I wonder who the old people shown were, I'm guessing it's Isami but I wouldn't be surprised if it was Tatsuya. I'm still not sure if that dead ball was intentional or not but damn was that dirty. Otomi has been quite supportive this episode as well and damn adachi just isn't ashamed for free advertising and 4th wall breaks lmao |

| Man Natsuno is terrible at keeping Otomi up-to-date with his beating around the bush talk. Heartwarming to see Otomi and even the mom root for the brothers. Best boi Punch really deserves some more of those appearances. |

| It's been a few days since I watched the last episode so that "Previously on..." was appreciated by me. Thanks Minami for narrating it! It made sense cause this is the start of a new cour, I just hope not every single episode will have these as it feels like the anime is putting more bloat to make episode length fit cause of lack of source material. I really liked the previous OP. The new one isn't bad either but there's too much baseball. The OP reflects that this cour will comprise all of the preliminaries for Koushien which is a bit disappointing. This feels like another sign that the anime is running out of source material to adapt. I think the previous ED was better though. Otomi-chan calling Natsuno to get updates about the game was cute. So was the scene with Ms. Tachibana talking to her late husband. It seems the whole family is getting into baseball now. I wonder who that mysterious person coming late to see that game is? I almost forgot about him. I think it might be Harada. I would love to see Tacchan but I don't think that'll happen and I wouldn't wanna see him alone without Minami either. |
| Kenjo's manager seems kinda shady to me. And Akai seems to not trust their manager; it's just a hunch, but we'll see who ends up the victor at the end of this game. |

| I have to say this programme has taken a step up in quality recently, it's a real shame the first few episodes were so horribly mediocre because if the show had started with this level of quality animation and good pacing it wouldn't be almost completely unknown 5 years later. |
