| This episode reminded me of the hall monitor Episode from spongebob. They both had the same cocky behaviour and both of them ended up becoming criminals themselves. |

| After Pingu catches the delinquent penguin for littering, the town's police officer makes Pingu an honorary police officer, and Pingu really lays down the law! But when he gets home to eat some chocolate bars again, he is caught littering all over the place, and ends up landing in his own garbage can, lol. |
