Two years after Mizuho's graduation... Mikado Chihaya was truant at his school because of harassment in the school and of a distrust in men. His mother cannot bear to watch him be in trouble, so she makes him transfer to Seiou Girls' School, her old school. He dresses as a girl and introduces himself as Kisakinomiya Chihaya. Chihaya meets Nanahara Kaoruko, who once rescued him from a playboy, and he begins to live in the dormitory building. He becomes the focus of public attention due to his attractive face and figure, and due to high grades at studies.

having watched the Prequel Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru, my rating for its sequel revolves around essentially the same guidelines.

the one major factor that was the same in both was the lack of Romance. the title "maidens are falling in love with me" can give viewers the presumption that they are going to be watching a good romance series, but that only appears to be the case in the final episodes of both series.

focusing now on Futari no elder, the overall feeling i got after was finishing the last episode was border lined with "That was cute" or " . . . and read more

Admiral Ackbar is back to his shenanigans in "It's a Trap" part 2.

I'd like to think I'm overly fair with my ratings, a 5-10 scale just equates to a 1-5. Generally short series have the short end of the stick, they rake in nothing but dismal ratings and are average at best. Maidens are Falling for Me 2 has the same pitfalls being only 3 episodes long.

A lot of what I disliked in its prequel or parent story are essentially the same, lack of this and not enough of that.

The story didn't have enough build up time only being 3 episodes long and anything that read more

Few days ago, i started watching the anime "Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru". I reached episode 7 out of the 12 it has. I was so bored, I was forcing myself to watch more. At one point, I just couldn't do it. I found out it had a sequel. An ova series, based on the original, but with a different story. I searched it on youtube and after watching a cute shoujo-ai clip, I decided to watch it...BIG MISTAKE. Okay, maybe I am exaggerating, but hear me out.

I have no idea why I was convinced this was shoujo-ai. Because its not. It follows the read more

I am not mean in rating animes, but 6 is a relatively low rating in my list.
To tell the truth, this anime adoption of the original vn is not successful, just like most of other vn adoptions.
The art (I won't say horrible) is not satisfying.
The plot, which varies a bit (?) from that of the original vn, is ok.
The character designs from the original vn is great. That's why I give an 8.

Overall, it's a fair ova.
I suggest those who can read Japanese to play the original vn.
For those who can't, this anime may be the one you can watch when there is nothing else read more
