Chuukou Ikkan!! Kimetsu Gakuen Monogatari: Valentine-hen

Since no one is writing reviews here yet, I'd gladly be the first one to do so. No worries, I'd be gentle.

First off, the story. It's nothing special. It's cute, it's funny, and it has a nice pacing. 6/10

Now characters. I think they really did a great job of coming up with original dialogues for them that doesn't contradicts with their canon personalities. Great stuff and clever character interactions. 7/10

Art and Sound both get an 8/10. It's explanatory since it's ufotable. The reason why it ain't 10/10 is because the movements are choppy, looks like 4 frames per second. But the art is gorgeous as ... usual. As well as there's no off models. The sound is just the usual too.

Lastly, my enjoyment. I enjoyed this one because it is short and hilarious. Like, less than 5 minutes per episode. It's not Gintama level of hilariousness, but it was still pretty good. 7/10

Overall a 7.2/10
Good stuff. And won't certainly waste your time since it's short as hell. And if you're a fan of KnY jokes in general, then you'd enjoy this as well.

Ah valentines day.. Normally it isnt good but surprisingly ds made this valentine my best one.(The announcement and the extras)
Anyways its all comedy. Apparently zenitsu wants to become popular with girls before valentines and takes random advice from the teachers. It was hilarious to say the least and ngl i enjoyed it. It made my valentines special atleast . Anyways u can finish it in 8 to 10 minutes so it doesnt waste your.time Other then that

Its highly recommended for ds Fans however it might no appeal to others considering ... the comedy part of ds doesnt really appeal to alot of people

Ah, Valentine's Day, the worst day to be single.

Demon Slayer just released this 4 episode special to celebrate Valentine's Day, featuring the main cast of characters in a school setting as they're put through different scenarios.

This special is quite basic and is nothing special, it's just more Demon Slayer for those wanting more of the series. There isn't much to say about the production values as Ufotable probably knocked this out in a couple of weeks of production. The artwork is chibi-like and there isn't much movement or fluidity in the animation.

There were some enjoyable parts, but nothing else impressive. You can easily finish this ... in 10 minutes or so, so you won't lose anything by watching this.

Just like the movie "Fireworks" this was a let down. To start, we didn't see many characters. (Shinobu, Kanao, NEZUKO, etc) Also, the 4 episodes were like 2:50 each, which is like super short.. The "plot" of the show was bare minimum, also don't get me started on the fact that there was like 1 whole minute of valentines day.. Art style is Chibi, it's pretty adorable, and of course it's the same as the the normal Kimetsu Gakuen that comes after certain episodes of the main series. The subtitles were horrible though. Whoever made those needs to be fired. There was some times ... when there were literal CUSS WORDS!! I mean I'm kinda happy we gotta see Kanae speaking of the fact in the regular series she is *D e a d* but honestly I woulda rather seen Shinobu or something. So yea, a pretty big let down in my opinion. 4/10 for me.. Coulda been worse, but coulda been WAYY better! :)

The valentine's edition of kimetsu academy is a short ONA that is centered around Zenitsu. Its story is very simple and it revolves around Zenitsu going to teachers to ask for advice on how to be popular. The problem I have with this ONA is that Zentisu is the most important character. As a side character he's tolerable but he has quite a big role in the ONA and acts pretty obnoxiously.

Aside from Zentisu all other characters are okay and fun enough to watch. The voice acting is good but the animation isn't great with all characters being chibi characters.

Overall your enjoyment of ... this ONA will greatly depend on whether you like Zenitsu. If you dislike him as a character, you'll dislike this ONA. If you don't mind him or like him, then this ONA can be fun to watch since the story suits him and is interesting enough.

It's funny, short & sweet, charismatic and really nicely animated. Kimetsu's artstyle is something I've always admired due to its simplicity and yet being able to portrait such well-thought emotions into 10 minutes of animation. It made me laugh and the fact that some characters that passed away in the anime are being given some up-time in this ONA is neat. The only "negative" aspect of this special was that perhaps this would have been a really good moment to talk about some characters that weren't given enough attention to in the first season, such as the wind pillar, who looks like a really interesting ... character to develop. It was a really positive experience, but Shinobu isn't in it so 0/10

I feel like that was the only excuse for making this cheap short series.
A lot of shows tend to go the Picture Drama route when they get popular enough, this time, Demon Slayer, known for its explosively high budget decided to go the mile with its own Picture Drama-esque series and have fuel more funds into it, making it one of the few known, fully animated shorts of its genre, but to other shows' defense, they at least had some decent jokes to poke, unlike this sorry mess of a short. Zenitsu's annoying character treat got ... annoying the first time he appear on the parent show, it clearly flew above the production's head for them to think this was wished for by the fans.

This demon slayer spin-off was an honest surprise for me as it had perfectly captured every aspect of the original characters in chibi form, as well as their actions, and whatnot. It perfectly portrayed Zenitsu's character being the cowardly lovable thor that he is. Not just him but the rest of the crew I really enjoyed the demon slayer crew's character types were perfectly shown. I enjoyed the comedic aspects of this and actually had a good laugh. I will definitely recommend the spin-off as a follow-up to the original series, and after you have finished it, and even greater comedic show to follow ... that up with is TANAKA-KUN IS ALWAYS LISTLESS. I hope that you have enjoyed the show as well as I have. It was amazing.
