Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san

Yuu Izumi leads a high school life filled with one mishap after another. No matter how improbable the situation, unfortunate events strike him at every turn. In possession of such terrible luck, Izumi enters his second year with a single wish in mind—to spend more time with his affectionate girlfriend, Micchon Shikimori.

Cute, athletic, and caring, Shikimori is immensely popular at their school. But since they began dating a year ago, Izumi has witnessed a surprising side to his otherwise adorable girlfriend: when the need arises, she turns incredibly cool! His misfortunes are easily avoided when she is there to protect him with an awe-inspiring look on her face. Charming in every way, she never ceases to make his heart skip a beat. Unfortunate as he may be, Izumi is sure to see his days of bad luck end thanks to the cute yet cool Shikimori.

I’m not one to normally write this type of stuff but honestly this show makes me feel so comfortable like I’m not waiting for anything to happen or drama it’s just good fun. Of course parts of the show are cliche but it makes me feel so warm. It’s not anything groundbreaking or super experimental but it does what it sets out to do perfectly so an 8/10 for a comfort show that hits most boxes seems like a perfect fit!
It also really grows on you over time I didn’t like it much in the beginning but by the end I was smiling ear to ... ear:)

Mixed Feelings

Is the story unique? NA, was like ok 6 out 10. nothing special but somehow i watch it to the very end.
If it was predictable? yes, maybe
did you enjoy it anyway because you like this genre/set-up? yes cuz the genre was my type.
Do you think the art style is fitting for the story? yes
Were the characters well-rounded? Did they have flaws and strengths, or were they unusually strong/smart/stupid? NA, the pink girl like perfect girlfriend anyone could have ask for.
Do you think others will enjoy/dislike this series, even if you didn't? Why? 6 out of 10. nothing special but somehow i watch it to ... the very end. if u have come across this anime much be cause of the pink hair girl.. u can give it a try.

Imagine watching a slice of life where the only interesting characters are the the side characters but the side characters still suck. This honestly is the worst anime ive ever watched. The plot is weak and that understable because is a slice of life but the characters are awful so its a miserable watch. The story is unique and original but sooo boring. Honestly I don't see what other people see in this because this is just a romance slop where the MC gets a perfect girlfriend that helps with unluckyness. Then It also doesn't help because you already know something unlucky will happen ... BECAUSE THEY DO IT EVRY EPISODE.
