Bungou Stray Dogs: Hitori Ayumu

A great episode centered around Kunikida-san. The story is about how he uphold his ideals and why he is deserving to be the next chief of the agency. Art and soundtrack is great as usual.

The characters are great and still true to the series. I like Kunikida and I'm glad we had an episode for him. Did not like the villain that much though which is ok since this is only an OVA. Following kunikida-san's activities in this episode was fun.

Great episode for an OVA. I think if you're a fan of Kunikida then you will definitely enjoy this episode. Recommended for sure 9/10.

Armed Detective Agency resident Idealist gets his own story arc to... tell us what we already know.

Mostly redundant character exploration aside, if you're a fan of the show, it's a nice bonus episode to watch. We get a little bit more information about the detective agency which might be referenced further down the line, and the guest characters might make a re-appearance as well. We'll see.

Not much else to say. It sticks to the same quality as the rest of the season, so it's nice on the eyes and ears.

Give it a watch once you're done with the base 12 episodes of S2.

This is the first time I enjoyed an OVA so much, at first I didn´t put a lot of attention to Kunikida but I still find him interesting, but when I watched the OVA it just made me have so much respect for him and makes me think that he is one of the best characters in "Bungou Stray Dogs" in my opinion of course.

Spoilers from the OVA:
This OVA made me realize what kind of person he is, he is a man who strongly believes on his ideals and at the same time worries for other people making him willing to sacrfice himself ... for others, he became my role model after watching the OVA and inspired me to be a better person for myself and for everyone in and out of my surroundings. I also love that we got to see a vulnerable side of him because he was worried about the girl, he wanted her to live and when he thought he couldnt save her, he was willing to die with her to not leave her alone, I almost cried on that part to be honest, that made have massive respect for him and became my favorte character of "Bungou Stray Dogs" after that.

I just love this OVA so much!
