Redhead Heroine changes the life of the hero with her kindness and special "talent". In SSwU the heroine sings and in AnSh the heroine is a healer. In both the hero is from royalty. Heart warming slow romance with slice of life that will appeal to shoujo fans.

Spoiled brat of a boy has servant help him run things. Except in Soredemo, boy has an older girl to complain to as well. Both clearly appeal to fujoshi and female viewers.

Yes, if you liked Lovely complex, Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii is very simmilar. Very good art, funny interesting story, includes romance, both of them are awesome. Lovely complex was my favourite shoujo anime, but now I can't decide between these two. Both girls are strong, funny and rude and boys are smaller than girls.

While watching Soredemo Sekai, I kept thinking about how similar it was to Saiunkoku. Both anime are set in an alternative universe. The female leads are strong-willed and amazing. One of them is a fallen noble who's so poor she accepts the offer of becoming the good-for-nothing emperor's concubine in exchange for a lot of money. The other one has to become the wife of the king who's rumored to be some kind of monster who ruled the world (but he's actually a precocious brat who has lost his trust in the world). They both help the king/emperor grow as a ruler and as a  read more

They might revolve around different gimmicks but Maoyuu and Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii has a familiar mood that takes place in a fantasy setting. The main female protagonist is resilient with a tough personality for the people she cares about. At the same time, their companion or in this case the main male protagonist, does his best to deal with struggles in their world. Both series has a decent amount of comedy, drama, and occasionally action. There is a more incentive for relationships between certain characters to develop, in particular the main protagonists. At the same time, sparks of romance is seen although more prominently  read more

Similarities: Both have the same cougar to tadpole kind of relationship. Both cougars have special powers, and the tadpoles is just an ordinary boy. Both have the same fantasy and romance genre. Dissimilarities: One has an extra sci-fi genre while the other has an extra magic genre. The boy in one anime is just an ordinary high-school student with a bad case of narcolepsy, while the boy in another anime is a bratty ruler. The cougar in one anime really does maintain a romantic relationship with her tadpole, while the cougar in another anime acts like a mother figure to her tadpole.

At first these anime might not display similarities: they are indeed centered around very different characters and plots and in the first episodes you would swear that they won't be anything memorable or interesting, you could even tell yourself that you're watching another cliché shoujo..so you ask, where do you find the "special" thing in them? They indeed start as shoujo: a kind hearted princess who was sheltered in her kingdom. Then both deviate from the usual: the princess who was supposed to be a weak heroine after being forced into a situation, slowly makes her path into becoming a strong character, not physically strong, but  read more

There are quite a few similar points: - The personality of the female and male lead are similar: Rishe & Nike are strong willed women that behave very differently from comparable women of their social standing, while Arnold & Livius are also strong willed, confident men, that are sometimes even arrogant. And both seem to carry a darkness within them that sometimes makes them appear cruel and cold-hearted. - The character design, especially the hair and eye colors, of the female and male lead seem similar. - The plot seems similar too: In both stories, the female lead gets engaged to the male lead somewhat forced, resulting in  read more

At first, it may not seem they are similar since Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi is based on the realm where ayakashi live and Soredemo Sekai wa utsukushii is based on a fantasy world with many different kingdoms. However, the type of characters, development of characters and pacing for both stories for such developments are very similar. The heroine Nike also has an arranged marriage due to the circumstances she is in. As well as that her engagement partner is different to her in some way (characteristic wise). Despite being forced into the engagement she has a "tough to get" personalities and would prevent herself to follow  read more

In this series, there is a relationship with a kid, A gir of high school with a boy, with something different

-in Soredemo, the main character can call upon rain and save nations with drought while Seijo is about a person who is an amazing healer who was summoned from another world. Both of them are very humble and use their power to help others across their adventure. -They're both your traditional shoujo animes that makes your heart doki doki

Both of these anime features a heroine in a fantasy world that is a songstress (her song has power). However SSwU is a shoujo romantic fiction while Lost Song has a hinted romantic subplot but focus on friendship, adventure and political intrigue. Still if you like beautiful songs and good animation you might want to watch them.

Though the overall plot is different in that one has to do with school and the other a kingdom, they both have similar elements. -both boys in the animes are standoffish with that cold kind of personality. And they looks alike too! -both girls have magical powers -both have an ultimate romance in them(although in gakuen Alice you have to read the anime for them to kiss --it's just kind of hinted at on the anime) -the girl saves the boy in an emotional sense. Anyway, both are spectacular and I highly recommend them.

Both have romance, adventure and I find the main characters to be similar in how they meet and the relationship slowly develops and they fall for each other, both are amazing

— Strong and charismatic female protagonists — Arranged marriage — Unexpected romance — Shoujo
report Recommended by Ally_S2
Both of these series revolve around royalty. Both have strong female leads and male leads that are somewhat standoffish but love the female leads deeply. Both series contain magic of different sorts and involve lots of political intrigue. Overall, if you like one you should at least look at the other. Romance is a big part of both series.

If you like the story line/romance and awesome sounds of this anime, then, I highly recommend Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushi. You will definitely like it too.

The love story behind both are very touching. If you like this show for the trying romance that always seems to find a reason to fail but in the end conquers all then both of these anime will suite you well. Golden time is a more modern tale with no magic but still has a touch of suspense in the end both are worth a watch.

Both are a romance and both have a plot of a very strict weather and a special girl whom can change it

First of. The Mc are kind of similar, both of them have a wild, tomboyish personality. Both of the mc are like able. The plot stories are kind similar, they are force to marry someone though different tradition but kind of the same, the other japanese-tradition like while the other western-like (idk). The stories goes on, the girl slowly being in love with the boy and stuff..

They are both set in an historical fantasy world. In both a strong girl character marries a ruler she is not interested in. I guess both are a girls-guilty-pleasure kind of anime and were a lot of fun to me.

both main character is young person (Kid) who got a great authurities, and surronded by stupid hilarious servants and both have a Butler.

The World is Still Beautiful is a love story like Say I Love You. These two animes both include a main girl character that is reluctant to love the guy at first. Also these two animes include some humor.

The same reverse lolicon kind of relationship involving older girl with younger boy. Older girls has the balls while younger guy has to rely on that older girl.

I find the art similar. In proof with that, the Sun King in SSwU have an older version--I mean, look alike in AgK. You should watch the series if you want to know who am I talking about. Please be aware that the plot are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.

Both are overall very lighthearted and sweet, Soredemo has less fan service and is a little more serious but the main idea of both shows are pretty much the same. Both have a girl who has to marry against her will and ends up getting along with her partner-to-be.

Both series feature the princess sacrificing herself in exchange for the greater good.

Both shows may seem different due to Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii having the romance/ shoujo genre, while Sanzoku no Musume Ronja is more in the "children show" genre. BUT: Both Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii and Sanzoku no Musume Ronja have fantasy/ adventure elements and a comedic, relaxed pace to the show. Both also have an adventurous, strong willed MC heroine as well as similar & great soundtracks and songs played within the anime. Also I believe both shows are underrated anime gems!

Both anime focus on economical and political aspects of the kingdom, both have romance elements and feature fantasy world with magic present. Main difference is in one of them we follow genius protagonist and in another we follow fiance of young genius prince that is supporting him.

These 2 anime have a lot in common: -both main female characters look similar, -the shows share a similar atmosphere. -Both anime have songs aka music scenes led by the main character. If you liked one you will probably like the other one as well.

I don't usually make recommendations at all but imma do it for this cause its TOO AMAZING and I just had to share it! Interesting facts are they both: 1. Are Romance Shoujo anime 2. Have Male main char that have real COLD and mischievous personality but are actually kind at heart - just shy to show 3. Have Female main char that somewhat looks 90% alike and have bubbly, positive personality to MELT the COLD ICE <3 4. Have Triangle love that will make u go crazy! 5. Simply amazing love story that will tug your heart!

- both have a rough start between the main characters; - both have a girl with a supernatural ability, which turns out to be pretty useful; - both have a main male lead with a tragic past that made him somehow distance himself from emotions; - the main female characters are alike; so do the male ones; - the romance, as in how it develops gradually, is similar; - .. and so much more. Bottom line.. if you liked one of these two, there's a very high chance you'll enjoy the other one too.

Main heroine, Nike, reminds me of Kajika, both strong headed and stubborn yet charming in their own way. They changes the people around them. Both anime has rulers/princes/princesses.

Although these animes have very different plots they have some things in common: - One of the protagonists is a child where the other is a teenager. - Both focus on the protagonists trying to get along and the heroine which is from a different country, tries to learn how to live in the country of the hero and adapt herself and know her surroundings. - The hero seems harsh at first but he likes the heroine a lot. - The hero was abruptly separated from a girl that was very dear to him in the past and the heroine slowly heals his heart. - The heroine really  read more

Both anime is about royal life and the relationship of young princess and princess. RxJ takes on a dark and sad take on romance and plot development. Whereas, Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii is packed with comedy. I recommend RxJ for those who enjoy romantic tragedy and SSwaU for those who love comedy and a happy ending. Watch both!! they're both heart warming and will leave you with a smile of satisfaction! :)

Both are animated series with strong female leads who have their lives change by a strange turn of fate. Both female protagonists also have a special magical power, which becomes the reason for them getting involved.

Both main characters possess unique traits that make them desirable. Because of that, they're sold off to the prince to marry. Each girl has a strong personality and a kind heart that will change the princess nasty behavior to a good person. Lots of romance, shoujo, fantasy anime. Definitely a breath of fresh air than all these isekai romances

The female lead can use magic, it has a lot of funny scenes, the female lead touches many people hearts, it is very clear that the protagonists love each other and overall they have a similar feel to them.

Both male lead has an eccentric behavior and are rather possessive, the male lead in both seem like they can do anything, the female lead is dragged along with the flow, a lot of similar comedy and overall they just seem similar

Okay so there may not be many obvious links between AnoHana and Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii, but I feel like there is one main thing they both do: they make you think about the world, about life, and show you in the most beautiful way possible how much there is to it all. While AnoHana is more about bringing friends together and Soredemo is about romance, they both do an excellent job at making you reflect on the beauty of the world and they both give off the same sort of feel.

These two anime may not have much in common in terms of plot but they have a really similar atmosphere. You know, that atmosphere where just watching it makes you feel calm and peaceful. Pretty great anime to watch if you just want to relax though they can have some heavy drama at times.

Both are very sweet shoujo stories, kind of naive but also indisputably charming, with some supernatural elements. Dynamic of main pairs - Livi/Nike and Tomoe/Nanami - is somehow similar. They love to bicker but it is more than obvious that they care about each other very deeply - the only difference is that in "Soredemo Sekai wa Ustukushii" romance is more direct and open, while in "Kamisama Hajimemashita" main characters are in pre-romance stage of their relationship. In the end both series give you the same warm and fuzy feeling in your chest and have similar "fairytale" atmosphere.

Mitsuki-Nike both seek to mend relationships and use their singing talents to help other people. Takuto-Livius are unable to admit they are in love, show stubborn attributes, and protect the people they value the most. Overall both animes have a kind- hearted kid-like feel.:)
