Synopsis

Frustrating, insufficient, and irritating is how most citizens would describe civil servants. However, three new employees are about to discover what really happens behind the scenes. Lucy Yamagami, bent on revenge against the civil servant who allowed her comically long name to be put on her birth certificate; Yutaka Hasebe, an easygoing guy always on the lookout for a place to slack off; and Saya Miyoshi, a nervous first-time worker, are about to experience the underwhelming satisfaction of being government employees.

They are supposed to be trained by Taishi Ichimiya, but he has no idea how to do so, even though he has worked there for eight years. With an incompetent senior colleague and unfavorable confrontations with clients, the trio starts to lose faith in their chosen occupation but encourage each other to do their best.

Servant x Service is a delightful and charming anime series that is often overlooked by viewers. The story follows a group of public servants who work in a government office, dealing with a variety of odd and humorous situations while also exploring themes of personal growth and romance.

One of the standout aspects of Servant x Service is its unique characters. Each of the main characters has their own quirks and personality traits that make them stand out, from the serious and organized Lucy to the overly-friendly and bubbly Saya. Their interactions with each other are often comedic and heartwarming, and viewers are sure to find ...

The anime is a stories of life, comic, with a romance. Personally, I would have liked it to be much more focused on romance. But anyway, the anime works well, it's very interesting. The animation is acceptable, the soundtrack too, the opening is great. The development of the characters is good although in the main character, I don't understand very well how she thinks. What bothers me the most is that the protagonist from minute 0 tells the protagonist what he feels and she rejects him over and over again. In short, the anime continues with that relationship and well from that we see many ...

Mixed Feelings
Servant x Service is not that good, but it certainly is not bad either. It is a good breather after a heavy plot-filled series.

It is truly a slice-of-life anime, with a story that does not seem to have any direction. But the interaction of the cast is enjoyable enough to sit through 12 episodes. I do not have much say in it, the comedy is enjoyable normal.

In terms of art, there is only one thing I found really annoying for the whole series--Tohko's permanent angry mark. It was not funny and necessary at all if they were trying to portray her as Tsundere, we ...
