yea I think my one piece rating is a bit outdated, I think it's the closet one to a 10 out of all my 9s I've given, probably my favorite cast and world building I think the ending of Wano secured it as a 10 for me maybe a high 9.5.

Ah, so you were salty at that. Understandable, but you should probably chill a bit.

Anyway, I have read/watched Aku no Hana* (you misspelled that) and Chi no Wadachi. I can safely say I strongly dislike the author and his work and find him offensive. Chi no Wadachi specifically is what convinced me of this. I don't mean to be mean and I know people like these manga, which is fine, but if you can't handle differing opinions, please take a break from the internet.

Oh. I’m sorry, then. I just really disliked the art design and how annoying the characters are. I understand where it may be trying to lace in a lot of realism, but if it’s only promoting very toxic relationships and a lot of neurotic edge, then I don’t find it enjoyable.

Actually, I fail to see how are you even able to compare martial arts action manga to psychological slice of life. To answer your question, I see no similarities between them, so Breaker has nothing that Punpun has. If you claim Punpun has no story, then you either haven't been paying attention or haven't actually read it. Considering you've dropped it early, a mixture of both.
