According to the tweet of Aoyama Sagu, an OVA of Ro-Kyu-Bu! was announced to be bundled with the new game on PlayStation Portable. It will be released in the Spring of 2013.

It averaged something like 6.5k I think, shows have gotten second seasons with less.
