Synopsis:
Comedy at a kindergarten. Inumaru-kun is a four-year old boy, who runs about the kindergarten naked below the waist. Yamada Tamako is a new face nursery teacher and she is struggling with Inumaru's weird behavior.

Flash can be a very good tool when used correctly, it's just that many, many of the popular videos made with Flash tend to make people believe it's a bad tool.

I mean, look at this. It's a French cartoon made in Flash, yet it's animated quite well. (Plus, 2 episodes were animated in Japan, if that counts for anything.)
If the Japanese utilize the tool correctly, and primarily use it to make their animation more fluid instead of using it as a tool for taking shortcuts in animation, then it would look great.
On the other hand, I don't know if the artwork of the series in question in this topic is something that's going to need that level of quality, but if more studio's were to take up Flash in a creative way, it could help some series look even more amazing.

Change it to "a four-year old loli, who runs about the kindergarten naked below the waist" and I might watch it.
This, I don't want it as it is now, it's horrifying and needs a gender change badly.

Does it matter if it is loli or shota? The content is similar anyway.
