I don't hate funimation so much. I just really hate that "You should be watching." that they say in front of everything. It's so annoying! I always try to fast forward through it or turn the volume all the way down. Ugh, it's annoying.

It's called a slogan, every company has one. Go cry about it.

Personally I like how they say that, it's at least different from others.

Why hate on funimation? they've brought over a few good titles at good prices. i dunno about you but ide rather spend 15 bucks for the complete season of Welcome to the NHK like i did than 50 on a shitty recap movie like bandai tries to do.
I loved FUNimation until they decided they wanted to sue Sentai Filmworks and co. Now I only buy from Sentai.

Even despite this fact, they're still a great licensing company. Just too greedy.

I just hope we get ToV: first strike to europe

Hmph. I really don't care about the licencing.
IMHO it's only useful for dubbing, when they do it right, anyway.

I admit at the moment I'm just now starting to watch Freezing, but my two cents is that it's quite high-quality, especially compared to the series it's often grouped with, Seikon no Qwaser, which I did enjoy.

They better get the voice actors from the game or it won't be that good

Really looking forward to see how they butcher Freezing with English dubs. Good thing I DL all of the subbed versions because if they are licensing it then it will be harder to find sites to DL it from. Freezing was a good anime in my opinion but sometimes I wish they would have given the boobs a rest a bit . Nonetheless a good anime that I enjoyed watching.

Cool, Funi's bringing over ToV. I hope they get all the voice actors from the game to play the parts. :)

Hmmm...gotta watch Fractale, though why Freezing? Its rumored be bad.

I wouldn't say it's bad, just decent. A lot of people are probably put off because they show some boobs during combat. I'm usually put off by ecchi anime with a lot of girls, but the story is pretty interesting imo.

Lol, some boobs?

I look forward to the ToV anime. ^_^

Regardless of our opinions on FUNimation, what were they thinking licensing Freezing. Fractale is right up their alley and can be easily found a market but Freezing is just a huge pile of garbage.

Can they license Kuragehime please!

Pretty much this.

Excited to own the first strike on blu ray :D Not sure what the appeal is for fractale and freezing but whatever.

Tales of Vesperia seems interesting, and now that I know of it, I will most likely watch it at one point or another. As for Fractale, I enjoy the series, but I don't think it's a series that I would want to buy. I really love the author of Freezing, but I didn't enjoy the anime adaptation that much.

I have no complaints, because FUNimation is at least better than some of the other companies. There are many things that could be improved, but things are decent enough that I can't really complain.

Noo not Tales of Vesperia! Now I feel bad for spending so much on that Blu-ray release instead of waiting. I honestly did not think it would ever be released in the U.S. much like alot of other Tales series movie(s). Such bittersweet news, I guess ill just buy it again.

I can't wait to see their advertising campaign for Freezing after their previous hilariously awful campaign for Sekirei.
