| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Watched raw, so will update once subbed version is released. I noticed that the pace in this season was kinda fast. In just one episode, Nataru was revealed to be the one who was hunting the escapees and by the looks of it, it seems that he's doing it for revenge for hes human friend (Kagami) and yeah-- he seems kinda strong too (well he is an altarian). btw, poor guy :s |
| meh, they revealed it too early. the plot now looks a bit too basic. its the kind that is not too much fun to watch. |
| Well, it was pretty obvious even without revealing it. Just the line: "Why didn't you tell them about Nataru" was enough to conject that he could be evil (he is an alien of course). We'll see how they handle the remaining episodes as they come, but right now I feel like I enjoy this season better than the first. |
| I have to start off by saying the OP has to be my favorite of all OP's this season. Some parts of this episode had meh animation, but that was all right. |

| Hmmm the second season is even better than the first (which was already quite good I must say) it seems. Great writing and the animation is really good too even though art consistency has some problems here and there. For now, I'm really pleased by what A-1 & Kazuki Akane have done with the first two episodes of 02. Oh and the Nirgilis OP is awesome too ! |

| Yeah, its kind of hard to get behind the great animation when they take such drastic shortcuts in the character art. I'm glad that they went ahead and revealed Nataru, it was so obvious the second they met. I said to myself "well, this will be like season one, only Birdy's getting the love complex." Hopefully, this will be about a background for Birdy, plus a good conflict of interest for her character. I hope that it doesn't flesh out the same way as Tsutomo, because it was just really weak and whiney. I want to see frustration, but not weakness. A real struggle once she is faced with what Nataru is doing. |
| Ya...I like the animation but I hate the graphics. They could have spent a little more time making it look less crappy. As for the story, I think their going at a good pace. It was to obvious that Nataru was the killer and I think the producers knew that. That's why the gave it away in this episode. |

| Nice episode, love what they're doing with the animation. Had a few points in this episode where I actually went back to re-watch a moment like when Nataru was in the hospital, walking down the hallway and that quick chase scene with Birdy and the alien. |

| Well that was very obvious, Nataru and his old man are involved with the escapees. |

| So Nataru is the evil alien slaughterer, kinda understandable seeing that his friend died due to their evil goal. Quite the brutal scene there, beating the shit out of that alien. |
