| Even while knowing and loving the first series and reading the manga, I totally underestimated how good the direction would be in this second season. This week's episode was simply awesome and incredibly well written. You can't really do better than that for a sports anime. |

| I find it adorable & cute how Abe is trying to communicate well with Mihashi. And his face while trying not to yell was priceless. <3 I absolutely love this series and its ability to keep my attention despite me not liking sports very much, if hardly at all. |
| A whole episode on reconnaissance. No other sport show that I have seen is able to do that in an entertaining fashion. This episode reintroduced me to all the characters a lot better than last week, and introduced this new batter who is every bit as weird as Ren. Loved it. |

| Damn Mihashi is annoying with all the stuttering and stuff... if I were Abe I would throttle him... a noogie is also good I guess. He does a better job being patient than I do, that's for sure ^^ It was nice to see some of the other schools a bit closer, but I miss Haruna!!! >_< I wonder if he would make an apperance... probably not this season :( |

| Really well done episode. I won't deny that Mihashi has always annoyed me but I really like the interactions of all the characters as a whole. This show makes every member of the team feel really important which is great since most baseball Anime's only ever make a few stand out. There is also a lot of thought put into the dialogue and ideas which just makes it even better. Great to have a game next week, should be exciting. |
| Mihashi isn't as annoying to me any more, but instead he has become more entertaining. It really is hilarious watching him be an idiot sometimes. I really like the first season, but this is shaping up to being something really good. |
| I'm not sure if it's because I've been awake... god knows how long, but I cried during watching this. Could be the joy of finally getting the sub, could be the dialogue, the absolute pure awesomeness, but yeah. Cried all the way through. MANRY TEARS! Oh. Maybe it was because it saved me from FMP. Wtvr the reason doesn't matter. And nice speed on the torrent too. Scrub that face! |

| I loved that when Abe impersonated him. I can also understand Abe not realizing he has a loud voice. I'm the same way. I talk loud without realizing it. |

| Really great to see how everyone interacts as a team, even the parents get focus. Abe pulling off a Mihashi is hillarious and I'm liking how he's making an effort to not be so intimidating (I swear I heard a little bit of a growl in one of the scenes. Good Job Nakamura Yuuchi XD). How they grow as friends and a team is something worth looking forward to each week. Their team play and discussions are so in depth and yet doesn't give the feeling of intentional exposition, it's amazing. If all sports anime were like this I'd certainly wouldn't mind trying them. |

| I love how this series can talk in depth about tactics without making it dull. Abe's Mihashi impression was awesome! So was Hanai and Tajima's interaction! I love those two ^_^ |

| Daichi seems like a nice guy. I'm going to feel bad for his school when they (probably) lose. Abe trying to understand Mihashi and not lose his temper was just lol <3 Tajima stripping in broad daylight was hilarious too. Poor Hanai doesn't know how to handle them. |

| This was kind of a slow episode but with a lot of entertaining scenes in between. Mihashi as usual is so silly with his reactions lol. I like how Abe is trying to seem less intimidating so as to have Mihashi more comfortable around him and establish a better communication. At first I misunderstood this scene.I had thought Abe was suffering from a bad case of halitosis but it turns out he was just being too intimidating.It seemed so plausible at first, especially when you look at the purple aura emanating from Abe and Mihashi covering his mouth and nose lol.  mikageishi said: laughed a LOT especially this~ I definitely laughed alot at this lol. | crying........ i love them so much i say this EVERY DAMN TIME BUT IDC I DO mihashi's stuttering n shit is pretty annoying abe yelling at him isn't that surprising (given his naturally loud voice too) tajima just stripping at school still makes me lose it everytime my boys so OUT THERE. literally. anyways i love the moms they're so cute, daichi from the opponent team seems like a really nice guy too. when i saw him i went "man, people called daichi in anime are always, always those cool strong headed ones good for him" and he just had a breakdown because of his own thoughts LMAO |
