| -I spent 11 episodes being happy because this anime was being realistic, then boom. Sorcery or whatsoever. -We have a triangle folks, ArslanxDaryunxElam. Narsus found his muse! -Daryun going berserk for Arslan, epic moment. -And Falangies is sooo badass. Best girl! Sakamoto-sama does a great work as her seiyuu. |

| Amazing episode!!! Fights are getting intense, sorcery was kinda random, but expected. Daryun went berserk when he saw Arslan was about to be killed. Seems Arslan and Elam are getting waay too close XD Gieve doing it for Falangies as usual. Narsus meets Alfreed. Hopefully she can join in the fun :) Can't wait for the next episode! |
| So there's magic in this after all. That Daryun rush to Arslan seemed odd, I think it's better to think of it as an exaggeration of his speed from whoever is telling the tale. |

| Literally best episode up to date! Couldn't control my excitement until the end. Alfreed appears. Now time for some ship ship shipping XD Daryun charging at the enemy for Arslan was one of the best moments of the episode. And as usual Arslan's admiring words with the nice soundtrack made it more than to enjoy it :D |

| Easily the worst episode so far, I don't know what you guys are smoking. First, the animation was horrendous at some point, but this is just a minor problem compared to the rest: Daryun's berserker mode was hilarious (instead of awesome), the fanservice was the atrocious "in your face" kind, and the introduction of the world's magic was so lackluster it just hurts. To double the hell, the directing was so amateurish it actually opened a new dimension of bad direction. So as the screenplay. Why should we care about that girl or her clan? What was the point of that father? Why were they wriggling the mood-potentiometer so randomly when it was totally unnecessary at that point? And so on. This mediocre series just went into complete garbage in my books. |

| Alfreed will become a new member of the team. Then there was the supernatural enemy, I don't know how I should place him. And Daryun, always in beast mode. |

| Another bloody run, it was nice to see Arslan coming to rescue Daryun and Farangis Narsus picking up Alfreed (weird name for a girl) looked reckless to me even if he had setup the boulder trap above I love the scene of Arsland standing on the top of the mountain looking back to his old land and then watching the Pechawar territory |
| Another good episode, Arslan is came to help and Daryun was transformed into Sonic. I love all the resonance sounds during the fight. |

| I was disappointed with the magic earth guy, wished they kept the anime real. I am glad he died already. The new girl, Alfred, looks like an enjoyable character as well. Hope she joins the crew. And Arslan being nice with everyone is certainly the best was to get pure loyalty from his crew. Nice fights during this episode. |

| The animation quality was wonderful in this episode, hence I gave it a 4 instead of a 3. Staring at the backgrounds was a breathless moment for me. Alfreed has a very generic design, and I feel like they should've added a bit more apparent culture to her personality. She does not feel like a tribeswoman other than her clothing and rough style of moving about and speaking. With the appearance of the sorcerer, a big chunk of the fight was ruined for me. I just wish this anime was purely realistic. The Djinns aren't much different, to be honest, but it's not tangible, therefore they can be counted off as spiritual hunches. Lastly, that random power up for Daryun was corny. Could've added less emphasis to that. It just reminds me of those nakama-power ups in FT. |

| Again we see in the episode the most obvious flaw and more problematic for this TV series. The fights are one of the components along with the characters and the plot should be better taken care of, but again the choreography and technical quality and graphic fails heavily; the clash Narses and Silver Mask is proof. Little charming and engaging, a little better in the final confrontation, but graphically it was still horrible. I liked very narrative, the story unfolds smoothly and it is interesting; always fascinating set design and catchy soundtrack. I hope that the girl just introduced, has the time to be characterized. I am also in agreement with the consensus to avoid abuse of the magical component, it would ruin the story. |

| I'm not sure what to think about the introduction of magic. Prior to this episode, the idea of the supernatural seemed to be implied more as superstition and part of their spiritual beliefs. I kind of hope they keep it at a bare minimum from here on out, although at the same time it might prove interesting as long as they don't do something crazy like make Yaldabaoth actually exist. |

| The series had fantasy and supernatural genre since the very beginning so it's nothing that surprising. I'm hoping the magic stays subtle throughout and that we'll get more insight on it. The episode itself wasn't of the best, the priest is becoming annoying but glad to see his nonsense is not being tolerated. |

| Geez... so childern (and 16-year old girls) can't die apparently. Alfreed sure did everything to earn her quick death in fight with Silver Mask yet she survived. Another annoying kid on board I guess. Meet plot device handfully crafted for another developement of Arslan. And I'm bit tired of those "coincidents" leading to further exposition when key characters are meeting each other so "accidentaly", perfectly on time for plot (even if they were seaching for each other, why some people simply cannot stay somewhere where it's safe?). And I'm also tired of all those scenes where important characters are always talking and hesitating only to let their foes escape and survive (yes, I'm talking about Silver Mask). At least Xandes finally died. And whatever wast that shadow Silver Mask summoned? Magic, for gods sake, why in this series? |
| Fantastic episode. I could I not have known magic was a part of this universe. Don't remember it appearing before this episode. Daryun moved crazy fast when running to save Arslan. I haven't seen much like that. |

| The first real sorcorer, which could be expected. However, he didn't summon a dragon or some other bullcrap. Daryum also went into hyper fast OP mode for a bit there, what a badass. :'D |
