We see a bit of Bell's skills although I'm not very impressed..  Lol the princess carry. The action was alright this episode. |

| Aw, they skipped and changed some stuff from the light novel... Like Aiz was suppose to see Bell running off while holding onto Hestia after she collapsed. She wasn't suppose to just show up, see him, and then walk away. :/ *sigh* I also wanted to see Hestia fall off her bed because she was exhausted and explained to Bell that she was in a dogeza for thirty hours to convince Hephaistos/Hephaestus to forge a new weapon for Bell. :/ Oh well, it's a good episode. 7/10 Episode 3 End Artwork: |

| Well they sure as hell drew out that fight scene. Was nowhere near that long or intense in the novel lol, not that I particularly mind. Though they skipped some other stuff to make up for it :/ Daily reminder that Hestia is waifu tier btw |

| Props to JC Staff. Dat animation :O Really great stuff!! Loved the action scenes a lot. Bell looked friggin BA after getting his knife!! Owned the Silverback like a BOSS!! They left out the weak point explanation though ^^; Gotta admit the animation for the Silverback's faces, expressions and movements were top notch as well. Could really feel the intimidation from it :3 Hestia oh Hestia, ur so sweet and adorable >.< How she was blushing and smiling from happiness at being princess carried by Bell even during that situation was kawaii <3 Her jealousy of Aiz is always so lol XD I love how she changes her tone to a pissed tone when she tries to say her name XD I know she's ur goddess and all Bell but c'mon, she's asking for ur D 24/7. Both of them love eachother albeit Bell in a different way D: Poor Hestia. Aiz actually looked much better this ep Dem Arm pits :L Gotta love how Loki keeps running after her ass (Literally XD) Dat Seal/Syr confession :O That'd definitely make a guy swoon :3 Bell wondering if she was just playing with him was totally undertandable XD Nxt up Lili :3 Can't wait ^^ |

| They done a nice job in adapting these scenes they looked awesome. The explanation of the knife was good but they forgot to tell the reason why the knives grows with Bell's level. It was actually very simple, if a newbie adventurer like Bell starts out with an epic weapon with will effect his grow as an adventurer, so now the weapon grown with his level so it wont effect Bell's growth in a negative way. I have to say tho that the animators could have done a better job with Ais's face. it doesn't look right this way. |
| Hestia said that the knife is their weapon, so shouldn't it be called "Bestia Knife" (Bell X Hestia), instead of "Hestia Knife"? I would've preferred it. The battle was quite awesome though! Bell-kun had a little difficulty, but he pulled it off well. Good going, J.C. Staff! Loki going after Aiz's butt was pretty funny. Well, who wouldn't go after that? :9 Syr's confession was cute! She already held interest in him earlier and the heroic battle sealed the deal. :3 Decent episode. Hephaestus may be making fun out of her, but that red outfit at the end actually suited Hestia well. |

| Absolutely stellar episode. Not only did it look and sound great, but the action was awesome and the character development was strong. A true contender for AOTS. The wait from week to week is so painful. |

| Fantastic animation and good choice of soundtrack. I think J.C. Staff did a great job animating the action in this episode. And I gotta love the Bell x Hestia moments. <3 But Syr's confession to Bell was also really cute. :) I thought it was easy to get lost in Daedalus street but suddenly, the streets were crowded with spectators after Bell defeated the silverback. :x Very nice episode! Although I prefer the art for Ais in the end card much better. :o |

| SO basically, in RPG terms, Hestia's knife is a cheat engine that add +100% to all stats, and all hit do ignore defense and critical hit. Where ban hammer ? 8D Hestia FTW |

| All those people around Aiz when she defeated the monster. Wonder if the people were actually there while she was fighting the monster and have no qualms about being caught in the crossfire. With a name like "Hestia Knife", you know it's gonna be OP. That guy at the end with the huge backpack girl. Possible death flag for him, that or I just wanna see him suffer. |

| Well, they didn't wait long to give him an OP weapon and combined with his ability I can see him getting very strong a bit too quickly for my liking, but I'll give this series the benefit of the doubt because it certainly hasn't been bad so far. Although those people really did just conveniently appear out of thin air. I hope that this anime will focus on Bell and Hestia's relationship, but I have a strong feeling that it won't, because as predictable and safe as this episode was, I felt that it was their moments together that made it enjoyable nonetheless. |
| Really enjoyed the feels during this episode,that final scene that Bell had with Hestia was really cute and almost brought tears to my eyes....I really like watching Bell grow and to see him be happy makes me feel happy :) The fight scenes were a lot better than usual, and I enjoyed seeing Bell showcase his new found strength along with the addition of his new blade.....He was pretty cool using it =3 Aiz was pretty great in this episode too (Dat Ass =P) Overall good episode, with a lot of character development and the animation was pretty solid for the most part too....Next week is the introduction of Super Kawaii Lili-chan >//< |

| A somewhat action packed episode, i liked it. I kept screaming "give him the damn knife!" and pointing at the screen, until it happened. When you are in a life threadning situation, do you not have the time to tea talk like that... Twice i thought that he had nailed the silverback where it did not happen, then he strikes it in the chest and it dissolves, such power o.o it must have imploded the body. |

| Pretty well directed action, and that close up with the silverback in Bell's face was cool. Best episode so far. Hestia and Bell's relationship actually has some decent development, and it isn't a completely one-sided "OP main character helps strong female turned damsel in distress" *cough SWORD ART ONLINE cough*. I could do without the harem though. It also doesn't help that Bell has the same VA as Kirito :P |

| Great episode, the beginning has been very emotional with Bell putting himself in danger to save Hestia, I like his personality Great battle scenes too, the fight against the monster was very good, and Bell conquering ever more girls, until the girl he likes is repairing more in him, I look forward to the next arc .. |
