| i couldnt tell/remember who was 1st-4th in the game, but when they show the scoreboard, there was 1 person with +/- 0 (2nd place). was that saki or was she 3rd and not 2nd? |
| The match is good but it is so painful watching flashbacks when there is a match going on. |
| God I loved Saki's big hand in the manga and I loved it here too. At the end of the episode, we are at chapter 49 out of 51 that are out now. It's hard to tell from the preview whether we'll finish the match or stall for a bit with background and such. I guess this is a good opportunity for Koromo to develop I guess. |

But they also have shiny lights coming out of tiles, especially when they're paired together. Anyways Saki just told her motive for participation so easily, I think this violates a TV Trope of some sort. And also we're going to get another exposition episode about Koromo this time. But as long as They end the tournament soon then I'll be fine. |

| For some reason I think Yuuki is Kugimiya rie's best role recently. I love the way she taunts the dude about her being in a swimsuit as if it's something to see. And then saying she's taking Nodoka's breasts. Oh and i wish i understood mahjong more but if it were boxing, saki laid out a nice combo of jabs and a power punch at the end. Still has the knockout left next episode. |

| Way to go Saki! Loved this episode so much! Looks like a beach episode will really happen as I've predicted from the 2nd ED and from what Yuuki said in this episode. Uhm... Lights out? (from the preview) I wonder what will happen. I am highly anticipating what will happen in the next episode. So I'm guessing again that there isn't enough time for the nationals. It just won't fit at all. And the nationals is about big bang mahjong battles so they can't just make it short compared to the prefecture tournaments. Hello second season indeed! XDDD |

| Warning, spoilers. i haf a maths calculation over here. right b4 the match where saki's rinshan kaiho (tan yao, doi doi, san-an-ko, san-kan-tsu), at abt 18:06, the screen shows: kiyosumi: 87800 ryumonbuchi: 163900 after the match, kiyosumi adds 24000 pts, & ryumonbuchi minus 8000 pts. so the new points should be: kiyosumi: 87800+24000 = 111800 ryumonbuchi: 163900-8000 = 155900 difference: 155900-111800 = 44100 however, at abt 21:26, mako said the difference between kiyosumi & ryumonbuchi has become 45100. so did she count wrongly? |

| I love the metaphor in the show and how much it is epic. A seed is something trivial until it blossom as a beautifull flower, making her hand 'blossom' is Saki's styleplay. Saki really did say something unnecessary, now Koromo will be mad and give Saki a hard time. I don't know if Saki will win, I hope so but since this game is not even over in the manga we can't know for sure. I want moar saki now, it's been age since I wanted an episode that badly, overall saki is not that great but I enjoy it so much. |

| Holy shit those rinshan kaihou. I played like 200 mahjong matches, attempted a few and couldn't even get one... Overall decent episode. Next one seems to be slowing down again. I wonder if they have enough time for the nationals. I think the nationals will show up on season 2. |

Yeah I expect a second season with the national but it either won't be before a while (since they already covered the manga material or almost done doing it) or it will be original material, which I wouldn't mind if it is good. |

| I personally found that (action-wise) this was probably my favorite episode, considering that Saki and Kana-chan are my two favorite characters, I loved the fact that they got a lot of points considering in episode 17 they got destroyed by The Koromo :) |

| This episode is more awesome that previous episode because that match is too breathtaking for me to watch it. Saki’s socks were holding back her power as that’s why she is not serious before taking her socks off. So yeah, Saki is back! |

Unnatural or out-of-the-world style of playing is certainly a magnificent scenario for me !! Kiyosumi bears it's fangs !! A ground-breaking, series of tiles exhibition for a stunning upturn !!
