Rule#1 ...I don't know how to play mahjong (did I spell it right?)

It seems interesting enough everytime I see the picture for the anime entry.

I enjoyed the few eps I watched (waiting for it to end to marathon) while I don't know anything about, nor care anything for mahjong itself. It's just a cute battle type series. An ecchi version of Hikaru no Go or Shion no Ou. Kinda.

Hmm if you say so, I'll try to watch one ep after I finish some series I plan to watch.

I've only watched Beyblade, Yugi-oh, Cooking Master Boy..for the series I classify as "Exaggerated" where normal game or whatever you call it are being exaggerated.
