 According to Bushiroad's press conference streamed on Niconico Live, the third season of Tantei Opera Milky Holmes was announced to be aired this summer. | Big drop of BD/DVD sales in the second season does not stop a third season being made. I guess it is a bit surprising, but I am sure from Fujiroad's point of view sales from the Milky Holmes merchandise must have been pretty decent. The new characters look pretty nice too. |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| Some additional information The two new characters are Kazumi (VA:Terakawa Ami) and Alice (VA:???) It is said the theme of them two was black (Kazumi) and white (Alice). The VA for Alice will be audition and will start on the first February and her design might change after that. | OMG YES! I've really missed the Milky Holmes characters and I thought we'd have to wait until 2014 for the third season (if there was going to be one) since season one started in 2010 and then the last season last year. But I'm really glad that it's going to be here sooner than expected, I might just make a note of how many times Kokoro scolds Sherlock for calling her Kokoro-chan this season just for kicks. ^^ On another note, I may have died even more at the fact that Aimi will be joining the cast, I love her duets with Suzuko. c: |
