| Argghhh!!! I keep getting the episode number messed up in updating my list. This is the result of the first series stopping at episode 201, and while the first episode is numbered 202 , MAL labels it as episode 1 and now when I finished episode 211, I updated the number of episodes I've watched to 11, when in actuality its the 10th episode of the new season. Rant aside, this episode is pure awesome. I wonder what will be the implication of her death to the series? Or is she really dead? And what will become of Otose snack bar, without Otose? Next week just can't come fast enough.. |

| Man this episode was just phenomenal! The fight with Jirocho was pretty badass, but not as badass as demon Gintoki. Gah, I just love this anime so much! It's the funniest comedy mixed with the best action ever. But Otose's death was really sad. She was a pretty cool character and it feels weird to have the show without her. I'm wondering if she's really dead because so far this show hasn't really killed off any main and/or side characters yet. If they do this now, it'd be quite a shocker. |

| Even though you knew he wasn't going to make it in time, you still really hoped he would, and I knew when he saw Otose there he was going to go berserk. Gintama's large action scenes are my favorites( Also very rare...) So I'm glad to see this arc is going to have an epic showdown. Kinda sucks I have to wait a whole week though >.> |

| This was a really fast-plotted episode and revealed a lot of things about Jirocho's past. Loved it & am expecting the next episode to be amazing as well. The ending song was also explained from the episode, so that was nice. ): Otose.. -sob- |
