| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Nice, it's Alibaba's turn~ One thing I really like about this arc is the fact that it explores individually each of the main characters' journeys. Well, I guess some might not be as pleasant as others lmao: http://i.imgur.com/cRGPuXZ.png I see some familiar faces this episode. Shit, they got rich. I also noticed that Alibaba's fighting skills has increased. Good fight. Toto did pretty well also. IT'S GLADIATOR TIME. |

| Nice interchange for Aladdin to Alibaba, who got his things stolen. OM... those three"thieves" from season 1!! Sword battle for entrance exam, huh. Oh, magic sword. He was still able to defeat her (Asumi-san's character). lol @ Acupuncture!! Two magoi?? Original is larger than newly added? He got a girl's attention (is she Sakamoto-san's character?). His dagger got stolen and forced to use longer sword (or start using it?). |

| Huh, Toto was a lot prettier than I remembered. This was a really nice episode, and I really enjoyed the sword fight too. Though I fear next episode will be a bit disappointing for me. Knowing what happened in episode 7, I just know they're gonna censor all the gore in the next fight. |

| Alibaba would be the one to get his stuff stolen LOL. You can tell that Leam is basically Ancient Rome. I'm actually on the chapter about Rome right now in my World Civilization class, so it was cool to see all the similarities :) So it seems like he got his 2nd magoi type from Salem. That's interesting. I wonder how strong Alibaba will become when he masters both types. And we got a glimpse of the female magi! I'm interested to find out what her role in the story will be. |

| Another wonderful ep. This season has really been much better than S1 :D As usual...Being Alibaba is suffering with the cat and everything else XD Sensei was hilarious during the gambling part lol XD Hearing Toto talking was <3 And Dat body! Nice going Alibaba stripping her like that ;) Loved the spar so much!! The animation was amazing and Alibaba was totally BA!! Loved his parrying techniques :D Then again, suffering with the huge chimpanzee? as his opponent and seems he can't use his sword XD Well can't wait to see this battle animated. I wonder how much they'll censor since it was brutal in the manga? Also nice seeing Scheherazade ^^ |

| Being Alibaba is suffering. He is always the unlucky one. Toto is more beautiful than I can remember. The fight was animated very well, like really. I lol'd a bit when the rukh around Alibaba turn black when he recall how he got tricked and all his stuff got stolen by people he tried to help. He was about to fall into depravity right there until a woman drop a bread in front of him and realize the world is ain't that bad. |

| Oh! Another person from Morgiana`s clan? I didn't realize she was a magi; I thought she was the princess or something. Anyways, great episode. I didn't think I would enjoy Alibaba's bit as much, but it was better than I expected. I love Alibaba's swordplay, it's really nice to watch. Did you see when he deflected Toto's sword and it slide down his back? Epic. Plus his expression when he was fighting. He looked excited. :D I'm really excited to see Alibaba control his magoi. The three friends are going to be really awesome when they reunite!! <3 |
| Oh my, so much nudity in this episode, fufufu... Poor Alibaba, he's always the unlucky one. But he can be cool and amazing when he needs to, and he even used Sharrkan's fighting technique <3 I also like the new outfit, blue is a fitting color for him. We get some hints about why Alibaba can't perform Djinn equip; guess who's rukh is conflicting with his own inside of him ;) Toto is more slim than I imagine her. She does seem unfriendly to begin with but I like the interaction between her and Alibaba. The animation was really good, I hope next episode will have the same quality. Question is how gory are they allowed to make the gladiator fight, because it is going to be a violent one. |

| This episode is probably the best one yet. I also laughed at the start when the cat did the dirty on Alibaba. I like the theme thats going on with the Reim Empire section of this arc. Instant 5/5 from me. |

As for it being a waste for him to be a swordman....he has abosultely no talent to become a magician, every person produces magoi, and the fact that he has 2 different magoi's inside of him (guess where he got the second one, heres a hint it was in season 1) is literally tearing his body apart. The only way for him to survive and consequently be able to use full djinn equip, is if he merges the 2 magoi's into 1. |
