For the anime-only order for Fate... well, it depending on whether you can watch older animation, then I'd say:

IF you can't handle bad animation, then:

That's about it for the main storyline. If you want to watch the spin offs, then it's up to you lmao
They aren't part of the main story so you can watch them separately, maybe except Prisma Illya since that show kinda spoils the HF and UBW a little.

I can read japanese except Kanji cause they b*tvh
But I can understand pretty much any japanese even without subs. I'm at a point where if I think of a word, the jp pops to my mind forst before I even think of the english counterpart.

Also, I typically avoid watching two action anime at the same time. For example, I'm watching Ben-to. Then the other anime that I'd watch are Romance or Slice of Life animes. Sports can work too, but I typically also seperate it from action anime because hype.
Except when I'm rewatching shows like Slam Dunk, Kuroko, or Haikyuu. Then I'd easily watch an action anime side-by-side because I'm only watching for nostalgia at that point.

So the secret in watching multiple anime is to watch different genres of anime at once, and never the same genres at the same time.
Also, my tip for you is to remember the words they are saying. Because you'd get to a point where you'd understand some of the words in the sentence, and your brain would put together a comprehensible sentence for you to understand without even looking at the subtitles.

Hmmm... It depends on which year it is tbh
Because back in 2015-2017, that was my prime year, watching at least 5 anime at once (I mean 5 episodes of different anime in one screen). I was easily breaking 50-60 episodes per day at that time.

But now, I only watch like 5-10 episodes a day, sometimes less (excluding rewatch cause if I rewatch, I'd finish it in less than a day).
