I honestly can't suffer through a single arc of one piece anymore, I do still want to finish the old world stuff though. Fishman is still the biggest dip in quality of any series I've ever seen, it honestly doesn't feel like it's written by the same dude with how terrible the characters were written. Why stop at conan? I think you should aim for bigger heights and binge all of doraemon, anpanman and shin-chan all in one fell swoop.

I miss when the higurashi lore wasn't the awful umineko lore. Inb4 the 100 hours of extra content is umineko recap and bad filler scenes. Also I'm not up to date on the higurashi fanbase, do people hate the lore in higurashi? Every time I see people talk about the new one they're singing its praises talking about how it's the greatest masterpiece of all time. I don't think the switch higurashi VN is available where I'm at so the real question is, do I rewatch the OG higurashi before watching it. Have you finished the new higurashi show?
I have not played dango bango v3 yet, I was initially planning on playing it after pokemons but I didn't think I'd go full on completionist with it. I literally got v3 day of release to play it and played about an hour and stopped.

Even just imagining hunting for 10 shinies makes me gag. There's shinies that I don't think were ever officially released so I can't imagine why so many people have the motivation to hunt for them when that exists. Also I do hate myself that much, I humored the idea of doing the shiny dex as part of my pokemon 100% (I would use any means, aka glitches/exploits to do so though), the lack of a true way to 100% it is the main reason it's not gonna urk me when/if I do complete the game. Also not being able to get the other rotom forms in platinum is the reason I'm not going for the every form/gender in the pokedex, thank god for that.

High-key depressing reason to watch (and catch up with) a 1000+ episode show, just what I'd expect from the world's biggest isekai superfan. Also if you managed to binge all of detective conan in one go it'd honestly be worse as it's essentially the same episode 1000+ times.. So many skii lodge episodes..

You better be reading the higurashi VN with the OG artstyle where they have skin coloured boxing gloves on. I still haven't seen the new higurashi, one day though, I am always looking for new shows to become my least favourite and it does seem like a good contender. Speaking of new content in VN's, I seen the switch version of Danganronpa has a shit ton of new scenes n' other junk in it and I'm kind of jealous. Don't think it's worth the money sink to get the games I already own but I'd definitely wanna replay it with those. Wish they'd add DLC or a patch to the one I own so I can see them.

My weeb reading/watching time has been seriously halted with my pokemon game binge I'm in the middle of, trying to 100% the gen 4 games right now.. It takes a while.... A long, long while... I'm a diehard completionist and never completing that national dex once in my life would urk me to my grave.

I'd read that Chinese memo as soon as it leaked and I'm guessing it's just for big companies and stars. The smaller ones will fly under the radar. Well edgy for the sake of edge is also bad. From the one or two chapters I read of Redo Man he seems to be the classic copy paste edgy isekai type mc. By mob does it mean like an underling for a bad guy? I always thought it just meant background character. Also yes, it does look ugly as shit, I think I'll read the manga instead. Isekai adaptations (rightfully) get really shafted in terms of adaptations and always are super low-budget, which is one reason I don't like watching the anime of them anymore. Like the mom isekai one is literally a power point presentation in guise of an anime. Though mecha in isekai budget does sound tempting.

In old romcoms I hate how the characters faces always look horrifying, the games made by the kanon people are my go-to example for the ugly designs in the 90's/2000's. How come it's so hard for anime designers to make a face that doesn't look gross. Anime really like to take it safe and very rarely like to try anything new, like if one anime comes out with a very slightly unique artstyle everyone praises it for being the god anime. I still find it odd how Berserk, the thing most people consider the best manga of all time, can't get a good adaptation. Like Berserk 2016 is actually one of the most inept anime I've ever seen.

Well they also had to deal with people giving Pingu in the City 10/10's before that, I think reviewers was just the final push they needed to deal with the babies known as mal botters. I still find it pathetic how people were actually botting the character favourites, like that's honestly embarrassing, get a life. Mal recency bias is also off the charts, look at the top 100 and most of them came out in the past 6 years, especially if you look at top movies.

Old comedy OVA's are the one type of old OVA I sometimes think is not trash so I'll go watch that.

Also I've been on a horror manga binge and I forgot what actual creative manga were like. Like, not only do they have nice art, but they aren't just copy pastes of other series. Almost makes one want to stop reading isekai... Probably not though.

I'll pick and choose a random one to see if I can read a non-shitty isekai right now. Villainess isekai >>> the rest of isekai, literally half of the ones I liked are probably just villainess. I don't remember many non-villainess female isekai, but anything is better than the same boring, generic baseplate mc they have in all of them. Even before isekai I fucking hated the generic, good guy mc that was in everything, isekai just enhanced my deep hatred for them.

Too bad nobody learned from school days and started being even the slightest bit more creative. Honestly, green green IS just a generic VN romcom anime, other than the extra added bit of creepy characters, it's literally the exact same as all the other ones. People think green green is the absolute worst, but it's not really that much worse than the average show like it. Also the only reason people know green green exists now is because people hate it, it would've slowly crept into obscurity because of how unremarkable it is at everything if it wasn't for people hating it.

Even with people artificially inflating the scores, typically it's never THAT bad. Even with anime, the vast majority of the stuff rated below a 5.00 are stuff like music videos, arthouse experimental videos, and fairly short OVAs. I'm not sure how familiar you are with dragon ball stuff, but even the Bio-Broly movie, which is pretty much unanimously considered the absolute worst, is rated above a 5.00. The Bio-Broly movie is literally what most people consider the absolute worst anime movie of all time, and it has a 5.84.

Literally the majority of my favourite manga isekai are just ones you recommended, I clearly have a lot to learn in the ways of the isekai. Out of curiosity, how many of those female isekai were villainess/reverse harem game isekais. Also I don't even think I've seen a total of 100 isekai so that's wack.
With isekai I don't really care too much about it staying good/catching up, as long as it's enjoyable for some amount of time I consider it a win. Also yeah, I imagined the reason they were op was dumb af, so that's expected.

Well they're kind of similar to the school days mc in a way, one of the main characters buddies is straight up a pedophile. Every scene with any of the male characters they're pretty much doing something nasty, ala watching girls while they sleep, flipping skirts, stealing underwear, sexual harassment, ect, ect. The main character is supposed to be the "normal" non-scumbag character, but he's still a scumbag. I may be wrong, but I think one of the characters tried to rape someone once.

After you read the Island VN you gotta watch the anime just so you can tell me if the show is scuffed or or if you just have shit taste (which is the more probable answer).

I think the just dance thing happens in the last 2 episodes or so if you wanna hunt for that part, clockwork planet is mediocre at best so I wouldn't say it'd ever be worth watching, especially a second time. Also, gotta be honest, airvents is the stupidest term I've ever heard.

Reminds me of how pedophiles started using the term "MAP" for 'minor attracted people', when it was already an acronym used by animators for 'multi-animator project', so that caused some issues for them. Geen Green is the harem I was talking about, it is also one of the ones many people consider to be one of the worst harems of all time. Personally I thought it was fun though, I think people hate it because all the dude characters are huge scumbags, which makes sense.

Since I really like higurashi I feel like I'd be even more salty than when I watched Island, where I really went on about that show. Maybe I'll watch Higurashi after a few shows I'm in the middle of right now.

I kind of forgot that most isekai were harems. Though mixing the two worst things ever, harem and isekai, is a lot worse than just having one of those by itself. So I'll stay with harems to keep some sanity in these trying times.
The isekai movie I watched was Tobira wo Akete, though while it is complete trash, it is not THE worst isekai ever. That'd be a title that'd be harder to achieve than the best anime ever. I'm happy if more anime get female main characters, they're infinitely better than male leads who are all the exact same boring self-insert. Though as long as the female lead ones aren't rape fantasy ones where they want husbandos to rape them.
Also I just realised something, I just watched a Crayon Shin-chan movie and that was a psuedo-isekai movie. It was also the worst Shin-chan movie I've seen so far, coincidence? I think not.

None of the waifus in the old isekai I watched had air vents. No wonder they acted to stupid, they couldn't concentrate because they were overheating. I did send the picture to other people, so now more people know about this problem of removing waifus air vents.
The person in clockwork planet that I thought should've been the MC is the blonde girl and her bodygaurd dude who followed her around by the way. Also clockwork planet is pretty generic and not memorable, I'd be surprised if many people could remember what happens.

I find it omega creepy when it's a reverse harem of old historical figures, like who in the actual fuck is into that? I honestly feel bad for the actual people they either turn into either rapey reverse harem people or just little girls. Nobunaga is writhing in his grave right now. I find more new anime are creepy in the pedo stuff than old shows. Old shows actually had adult women being sexualized frequently instead of highschoolers or younger folk. The studio that made nobunaga sensei also made that pseudo-hentai show where a preist rapes some women, aka One Thrust Man (since he looks like Saitama).

I think in Isekai Smartphone the dude marries all the waifus at the end of the anime at least. Very rarely does a harem anime actually have an ending, so I don't have much knowledge on how most harems end. I know one of the ones I seen recently, the main waifu died and everybody forgot about them Rem-style, and in the sequel OVA they came back as a ghost and gave the MC a blowjob. Good times.
Rem is an awful character and I don't know why they're even so relevant in the story.

I didn't know genshin was a gatcha, I thought it was some open-world rpg game. Well Nobunaga-sensei has the very meaningful plot of whatever old artifact relating to someone close to Nobunaga (the historical figure), when touched by the teacher/MC-kun, it gets turned into a waifu from ye old time, so like Nobunaga's apparently 12 year old wife gets summoned, or his other 12 year old wife, or this other random 12 year old. But also since dumb ecchi series is dumb, when he touches random non-dead people (because why not), they get possesed by a random person who was related to Nobunaga (the historical figure still), because eh fuck it. At point point MC-kun touches another teacher and she gets possesed by some random fucko who was in Nobunaga's castle in ye old times, and she can only get non-possessed temporarily when the MC sucks her nipples. Because bleh. One underaged girl who gets possessed by some horny dead person just wants to see Nobunaga have gay sex with someone, so he fucks this possessed underaged dude to release the spirit of horny girl who couldn't pass on because they wanted to see Nobunaga have sex with a dude. This show is fucking awful and I hate it, the only reason it's not my least favourite show is because Pupa is more detestable and awful somehow. And I watched Nobunaga-sensei expecting a not-bad show! One of the rare instances of me going not intentionally watching a bad show and I get this piece of human excrement.
Also I finally managed to wipe the existance of the powerpuff girls anime from my brain, why did you have to bring it up.

You can also have a harem ending where the MC and waifu gets together and has a healthy relationship, also where the other waifus aren't salty and can actually be happy for them and move on or something. I think there's a show airing now where there's a harem where they get with multiple girls and from what I could tell, a lot of people got mad at that show. I personally just want a harem show where the characters act like normal people and don't go like uh uh uh uh uh whenever romance gets brought up because they don't understand the concept of a confession or normal human interactions. Like I think in 5-toubun someone confessed to them halfway through the series. I think in-universe time that was over a year of time passage from when he didn't say anything to them and went out with a different waifu in the end. Like, just say you're not interested? I think the only time I've ever seen a harem protagonist say "no" to a confession and didn't just leave them hanging is in Re:Zero.

I can't even imagine how you would do that from playing a game too much. At least it'll go away and it's not a permanent thing I guess. Until you get it again when you play genshin again that is.

I did get unwillingly spoiled on some things in the new higurashi somewhat already, but I do low-key want to rewatch the entire series and watch the new one just so I can get the full experience of hating it. I never interacted with higurashi fans before so I had no clue satoko was hated.

I can't even recall any school arcs in any isekai I read.. So clearly I must've only read isekai when they were ripest. I can only imagine what a disgusting, rotten isekai would be like. Sends shivers up my spine thinking of it.
How dare you, SAO has the most bootiful art of all time. And generic art for old shows isn't as bad, because the characters typically have noses in old shows, yknow, instead of very small moles in the middle of their face. Rewatch clockwork planet just so you can remember how trash it is.

In the Nobunaga teacher show, the teacher has sex with the trap character in the end, who also happens to be a middleschooler or highschooler. It's even creepier when you think about how the dude the teacher has sex with is technically being possessed by some dead person and is unknowingly having gay sex with his teacher. Also anime designs are just naturally ugly, they're literally glorified power puff girls.

I think some really trashy shows are sometimes more fun to hear people talk about the highlights of the stupidity than watching it on your own, because between the cool stupid scenes is probably a bunch of infuritatingly awful/boring stuff.

In 5-toubun literally every single chapter has a "hopeful" one-liner from one of the characters, most of the time multiple times in one chapter. These scenes are supposed to be impactful and memorable, but when they spam them constantly they just seem silly, you can tell when one of these happens since typically the style changes and the characters put their hopeful smile on. Plus the drama takes a lot of leaps in logic and is really pointless at times. One of the moments that makes the waifus awful is when one of the waifus (waifu 1) dresses up as one of the other waifus (waifu 2) and tricks the MC into believing waifu 2, who loves MC-kun, into believing that they're rooting for waifu 1 and that waifu 1 loves him. They do this because they don't want waifu 2 to win the harem race and they're willing to do any under-handed tactics to do this. And you're supposed to believe that the waifus love eachother more than anything (cuz they're faaamily). They also do a bunch of other rotten things like that fairly frequently. Pretty early on one of the waifus spiked the main characters drink and I think they just flung him outside or something when he was knocked out. It was the first harem I seen where it had an ending that wasn't the main character either dying or getting with his sister at the last second though! So that's cool =D

Not sure what carpal tunnel is, but if you did get it because you were playing genshin impact too much, you indeed are a loser. At least be like normal people and play fortnite until you pass out or something.

Also not sure if you seen, but MAL finally updated the awful genres list! They got rid of the stupid magic genre absolutely nobody ever used too.
