well, I did find some info about this:

basically in the game, Her Love for Jun will hinder her progress in swimming, that's the main problem.

so, is it, the same as the manga?

well, to be honest it's hazy I haven't touched that game in more than a year, but I still remember that getting her to the "friendship" level was tough though.
and I haven't read the manga, lacks curiosity and motivation to read it.

But I still remember her ending though. :D
