Hello Everyone! I like to read manga.
Initially, during my vacations about many years ago(2013) I was just reading comics but kind of ran out of them. Also movies started to seem boring. So as a substitute, I watched Death Note(recommended by a friend). I had already seen Beyblade and Inazuma XI but Death Note was like a whole new world. For weeks I couldn't get over it. So I read the whole manga in 2 days. Since then I started reading manga. First one being Tantei Gakuen Q which was quite interesting but nowhere near DN. I am more of a manga reader than an anime watcher. As the number of manga I read increased I thought of making a list. That is why I joined MAL. Now, I am a student and hardly get time for reading, but for indoor recreation, manga is the first choice. On holidays I go overboard (not a good thing at all) and so now I'll read less but good stuff. This has not stopped me from making a huge plan to read list though! Don't be surprised by my huge reading and on-hold list. The reading list has the manga which I plan to read in the near future and the on-hold list has the longer manga which I'll read later on. The Plan-to-read list has become too lengthy to be of any use! I'm starting Beck really soon and I'm soo excited honestly. I've heard such good things about it, and seeing as it's on your favourites too, I can imagine it being so :D
I will do! I'm planning to start Kids on the Slope a bit after I read Beck. I saw that you already read it. What did you think of it?
I'm also looking forward to reading Saraiya Goyou, might watch the anime for this one, and read for Takemitsu. And also Kozure Ookami. So far I've just finished my first samurai action manga, Vagabond, and it was pretty hard to read to be honest. The art was confusing...maybe I'm just not used to it yet though. And Musashi keeps going on these philosophical chatters that make zero sense to me, he was jumping from one thing to the next, from invincible to the sky to invincible is just a word to I am one with the earth?
You've read tons of manga!! So it took you about 7-8 years to read that much. I also love reading manga but I just started reading from this year. Hope someday I'll be able to read as much as you've read ^^ and I'll also pick up some decent mangas from your list when I'll run out of recommendations.

By the way are Takemitsuzamurai and Saraiya Goyou samurai? It looks like it. No, it definitely is.
