That's his No Toupee Man form—the toupee blew off, unfortunately. Since he's fat, he can put a lot of force behind those big meaty punches. But with the toupee on he can one-hit anything.

It's like this guy hates anime because 'retro' doesn't get respect from modern audiences, even though modern anime gets the same treatment as old school. There is no balance. We shouldn't hate anime based on old versus new; we should learn to accept everything we love and hate. He's just salty because he thinks there has been no good anime since 2006, even though anime has been popular since the 80s.
