Hitting 21 soon. ^.^
I love depressing anime....don't ask why.
I love Lord of the Rings, always have...enjoy ps4 and ps3..I prefer Iphones (bad experiences with Android).
Claymore is my #1 Anime and Clare is my all time favorite character anime or not..(both subbed and dubbed VAs were extraordinary.) I also own the entire Claymore manga...because it is a masterpiece.
My current Anime collection (purchased) includes: Claymore (box and digital) Elfen Lied (dvd and digital) Rosario + Vampire (digital) Code Geass R1 and R2 (dvd) Mirai Nikki (box) Baccano (dvd) Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom (digital) Clannad: After Story (digital) Mushi-Shi (box) Nazo no Kanojo X (digital) HSotD (digital) Attack on Titan (digital)
My top 5 favorite anime are
My top 10 Anime are
1. Claymore
2. Elfen Lied
3. Mirai Nikki
4. Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom
5. (Both Clannads)
6. Higurashi no naku Koro ni / Nazo no Konojo/Code Geass
7. Baccano! and Attack on Titan (same standing)
8. Darker than Black/ Mushi-shi
9. Chobits
10. Higashi no Eden
My ratings are based off of the following
10- MASTERPIECE-In depth...usually holds a manga that I loved or plan to read, re-watchablility (if that is a word) at its highest. Also very much recommended based on viewers' tastes. This rating goes out to those which changed my perception on life at some point.
9-OUTSTANDING- I found it to be very eye-gluing and continued to watch for 10 or more episodes. A small few things whether it be the time-period, animation, or a faulty character, tears me away from a perfect score.
8- GREAT-Above average for me, watched the entire anime without regret and enjoyed it for the most part.
7. ABOVE AVERAGE-Watchable, at this point, these anime did not hold my attention that well and I found myself becoming distracted at some points.
6. GOOD/AVERAGE-Average anime, one that I would not watch again or even think about watching again.
5. Anything below this number is a killer for me, I will admit a small few I hold this rating on, I enjoyed to an extent, was all very specific aspects about the show and not an overall in any way.
Also, I rate OVAs 5 usually...not because I do not like it, but the fact that it is usually a single or small amount of episodes that does not truly intrigue me.

Whoa, those do sound cool. Lol, 25 feet. I would never try something like that. Gosh, even standing on a balcony or something that's on the second story would scare me; as in, I can't get too close to the edge. XD I remember when I was in some amusement park, there was a bungee ride. Some girl went up there to try it, but once she got there, she got too scared. The employee had to push her off because there was a line waiting. XD This was near an eatery, so the people eating were all watching that girl. They were all rooting for her. :P
Cool, what kinds of tricks could you do? If I could get a chance to skateboard, I'd just like riding around the street. XD I'm too scared to do ramps and stuff since I have a fear of heights and falling, lol. Motion sickness is a massive pain everywhere. Like going to somewhere fun, but once I get there, I'm already dead from the sickness. DX
I took a really long break from anime, too. I only recently started back into watching again, but I still don't watch them very often. I actually want to know how to skateboard. Looks really fun. I can't keep balance on them, though. XD And my sister wants to learn, too, but she gets motion sickness on them. XD We get motion sickness really easily. I generally like old-school games as well. The graphics make me nostalgic. :> I don't really like the new Pokémon games. Well, at least the designs for the new Pokémon suck. It's OK; I haven't watched TV in years, if you don't count the times I turned on the TV when there was nothing else to do while I was stuck in a hotel. I don't find TV interesting anymore, and I actually hope to keep it that way since watching TV for hours is an unhealthy hobby.
Oh, that does sound nice. Yeah, I might consider to minor in them. Thanks for the advice. Ha-ha, I was looking at my profile layout and realized that the "everything Japanese" somewhat sounds funny to be under the hobbies section. But I didn't make that layout; a friend did. But it pretty much sums up what my hobbies are. The "everything Japanese" part was supposed to be that I like to learn about Japanese culture, language, etc. And the music part is that I like to listen to music, not play it, just to clear things up. As for art, I like to draw. I do a bit of ceramics at school, though, since I find that fun. My brother and sister-in-law did compliment on my stuff and told me that I should sell them, but I always treasure my creations, so I can't do that. XD My sister discovered the MikuMikuDance software, so I want to mess with that when I find time to. :P What do you like to do?
Yeah, I do agree with that. It's just also irritating how every time I mention I want to be a game designer or something, my mom would start talking about the new person in the accounting business and how she majored in archeology but couldn't find a job and was stuck with having to learn accounting and starting at the bottom. My mom would also mention how she majored in chemistry but also got stuck in accounting. So they wouldn't accept any major I wanted unless it was decent. So I stuck with computer engineering. I know my brother already went to Japan, so I'm jealous. I've been to Japan...Japan's airport (Narita), so that doesn't count, lol. It was a transfer point to China, which I go once every few years to visit my family there.
Ha-ha, hopefully it isn't the same here. I want to learn game design as well, but my parents keep bugging me how I won't find a job with it... Or at least, it will be hard to. I'm interested in computer engineering and animation as well. But at least they all involve the computer. Maybe I'll try making game design/animation my hobby, but so far, I haven't got the programs for them. I want to visit Japan one day. I'm pretty sure a lot of people do, but I think it will be good for learning Japanese and their culture.
I've played Phantom Hourglass, A Link to the Past, and Four Swords (the Gameboy Advance version) as well. I have to play games, watch anime, or read manga in order to manage my stress levels. XD Otherwise, I won't feel like I rested enough for school again. I should buy Super Smash Bros. 4 some time, but right now I'm excited for Tomodachi Collection for some reason. XD Oh, gosh, I actually want to learn computer programming and take Japanese classes when I get to college. O_O Are you trying to demoralize me? XD
I'm applying. I got accepted into a few already, but I'm still waiting on my top choice. I currently have a cold, and I'm one of those students who always go to school unless I'm really dying or something. >.< My calculus grade is taking a beating, so I'm going to have to spend some time getting it back up; I've done this before, though. The start of the second semester of AP biology back in sophomore year, I had a C. But at the end, I got it to an A, especially after promising my parents to raise it if they bought me The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword. XD And all right; I apologize anyway. Otherwise it might be rude. :x
Sorry for the late reply; I haven't been on MAL much lately. That doesn't mean I don't go back to it, though. I've been busy with college stuff and applying for financial aid. What about you?
