Well it's nice that the studio is listing to their fans, it will only improve the game.
That is true it's very nice that every character has different ways to be played, so that everyone can choose with one he or she enjoys most. It's also nice that even with the Mechromancer you can also use your bot more as distraction and become a beast yourself instead of making your bot a beast and keeping distance yourself because you are a bit fragile.
It's gonna be interesting, I'm not that much into the Souls games, but they are fun to watch, so I probably am gonna watch gameplay of Elden Ring as well. I hope it'll live up to the hype, I mean making a good story-based game isn't easy.
Nice, and yeah with a legendary in your team battles become a lot more easy indeed. Leon isn't that hard, I lost to him the first time, because I had the worst luck you can imagine and even then it was very close, the second time when luck was more even I beat him without a problem. It was nice to finally have a bit of a challenge though, since I tried to not over-level a lot. The fight against Marnie and Hop in the tournament where such disappointingly easy fights... I wouldn't advise the DLC's, you are better off getting another Pokemon game. I mean one has to be released, but they are never worth €30, more like €10-€15 in terms of content. So maybe get them on sale.
It looks good, and nice that they are not just enhancing graphics, but also look a gameplay and stuff.
Never knew she could be played that way. Kinda takes away the whole fun of the character for me, I mean I choose her for her bad-ass robot. It would kinda be the same as picking Fl4k with his animal companions in BL3 and then create a build that only powers you, so your animal is kinda useless. I doubt it's possible with Fl4k though, since I studied his routes pretty well.
True, I never played a melee character, although Fl4k also has some good melee ability that I've been using more and more.
I see both styles sound fun.
I heard, that's why the already ended the series to I heard, because they couldn't wait for him to finish his books.
Elden Ring is also a game with lot's off Hype, but truth be told I have no idea what kind of game it is never seen it, only heard people being very hyped about it.
Interesting, haven't played in a while, but I want to pick it up soon again. I got a bit burned-out by the repetitive gameplay. Sounds good not sure I'll get it, since I'm already having troubles finishing Nier:Automata. ^^' I didn't even know it had prequels, is the remaster coming to pc as well?
I think she is very easy to play, if you don't mind playing as a coward and stick to sniping and let your bot handle close combat. I remember huge camps where I was just taking shelter or running until my bot was ready to kick ass again. I think she is kinda similar to the commander. I don't know about builds though, I don't really care about them a lot, I just pick whatever I feel like benefits me the most and then stick to that side. Well so far you playing siren feels familiar to me, since like I told on BL3 I play with a siren as well, with the same ability. :)
Haha no that sounds hard, does he also have like life-steal abilities that let's him having a better time with melee?
I thought so, kinda forgot. Well nice that I can start with Persona 4. ^^
Well the ending was very bad according to almost everyone, so might be better to stick to the books if you don't mind reading.
Yeah that is true, movies are nice for when you have like a free evening. For anime I always want a bit more free-time.
Good question, I haven't played for a few days, I think I'm just like after beating the first human kind boss, I though it was Adam in that town with all the white blocks, to save 9s. I have my ideas about the story outcome, but I love how at this moment it's so unclear who is like the badguys and I keep thinking that me and 9s are not doing the right thing so far, but I have to see. :)
I really loved Mechromancer though, I always like playing characters that can summon things or have like a companion. In BL3 I'm playing with FLAC the beastmaster, that has a pet companion. I want to play the one with the turret, the commando class, If I'm not mistaken. The others don't intrest me that much. What class do you like to play? :o
I'll message you my steam and discord, since discord is a bit easier to communicate and if we want to use voice-chat Discord seems better as well.
I see, I think I asked before, but is it better to play Persona games in order or are they more stand-alone games?
Haha me neither, like my whole family has seen it and tried pushing me to watch it, but I don't really have intrest in real-life series so far. I don't think I'm gonna watch Umbrella Academy for now, I have enough anime to watch. ^^
Thanks, it's only I movie I saw, so I'll watch it someday as well.
No I actually only buy games on my switch that aren't available on PC, since I prefer PC over other gaming platforms. Yeah RDR2 is a game I kinda forgot about, that I still have to play someday. Currently I'm playing Nier:Automata and am trying to finish that game. So far it's a very nice game, but it is a bit repetitieve after a while. I really have high hopes for the story though and the music is very very good. Haha I still haven't finished 3 yet, since I only play coop and we don't always have time to play each week. I'm definitely down to play Borderlands 2 together, I don't think I would return to it for singe-player even though I haven't finished it, but coop is always nice and fun and I do have another class I've been interested to play. I've only played Mechromancer so far.
I guess only time will tell, it would be nice to see some games. It's a long shot, but I hope maybe Valkyria Chronicles 2 and 3 might release on PC someday, but I believe they aren't even available in English, so it's pretty unlikely, but one can dream. :p
Do you have certain Sega games you would love to see on pc, besides Persona?
I haven't either, I was thinking about watching it, but I'm still not sure. A friend saw it and said it was very good, but I've never really watched a series with real people. ^^'. Those are interesting anime, Paprika is one I've been thinking off watching a couple of times, but never really got to it. I think I'll watch it someday. Nice Nanachi is a very nice character, can't wait to see what see can add to the team.
Haha yeah, well for me the last few times I got older nothing really changed, and I don't feel any different. You are as young as you feel so they say. ^^
That is also very nice, I also take my time exploring a new Pokemon game and see what kind of Pokémons are around. Yeah that would be the dream. Not really I haven't gamed that much lately, only finished X-COM 2 and currently playing the large DLC.
Ahh I see, then if I like Persona I'll check it out. It's always nice to know a game or two to play that are similar to something. That is very good news, are there already big titles that are confirmed coming to pc?
I see BCS doesn't really look like my cup of tea though. Have you seen the Umbrella academy, I've heard great things about it.
Thanks, will look into it! Princess Mononoke was pretty good imo, but so are all studio Ghibli movies I've seen so far. I often don't really dislike filler episodes, since they sometimes give you a little more insight into characters, as long as there aren't like to many.
Thank! I had a nice Bday. Haha don't get me started about it, halfway to 50 already xD
Well you Pokemon atleast are healthy when you add them to the party. Status effects also help a lot. Especially if you go back to older games and try to catch legendaries status effects are really handy. Legendaries have a very low catch-rate.
Nice keep me updated, I always love to talk about Pokémon it's has always been a part of my live from my childhood to the present. ^^
Yeah I can understand what you mean. I really hope we one day get a Pokemon game that is a bit similar to Breath of the wild. A huge open world all Pokemon free roaming. Something like this (both are fan made ones unfortunately):
That would be the dream, but the Wild Area is atleast a little step into a open world approach.
No, I can't say I ever heard of the SMT games, are they fun? :o
Yeah I saw when Person 4 is on sale I'll buy it on steam.
Those are some very good shows from what I've heard. Maybe I'll watch them someday, well the Witcher.
Yeah very little action, but still keeps you interested.
Me too, can't wait for it. ^^
True, but the other trainers are something else. I mean how often do they have useless Pokémon like Wobbefet, magikarp or something. I't can be annoying if they pick useless moves as well. ^^'
1. Gold/silver (original) are my favorites, they offer two regions and it was the first I played. You can also play it easily on your PC with an emulator.
2. X and Y, for the 3ds. Those games made me fall in love with Pokémon again after I kinda got out of it for a few years.
3. Pearl/diamond/Platinum. I think I have most hours in this game. It was my first game for the DS. These are also easy to play on PC with an emulator.
I think this game is ranked at 4/5 on my list. Besides the dynamax and some terrible Pokémon designs I like the game a lot.
If you liked Pokémon I think all games are enjoyable. For me the ranking is mostly based on personal experiences and nostalgia.
I see, I think I'll watch it someday. Just because I'm curious about it. A lot of people really seem to like it indeed.
Nah I've heard lot's about it, but I don't really watch shows with real people. Have you watched the movie buried?
I think you mean Nanachi? yeah the second half is more eventful indeed. Well I mean I felt like the first movie was more meant as an introduction to the abyss and how things work, so still important, just a little less eventful. I believe so indeed. And there is already a new season announced as well. https://myanimelist.net/anime/41084/Made_in_Abyss_2
Yeah shame they don't have like a hard mode or just make at least the levels of your rival match yours.
Indeed if you don't overlevel to much it's nice to use it and indeed it can matter a lot when you active it. In early game I always used it when the opponent used it as well, especially in gym battles that was fun seeing Dynamax vs Dynamax, even though activating it begin battle to sweep till you get the Dynamax of the other might be better. I do really love the whole arena and crowd thing, it always made so little sense that gym battles and such never had a crowd or something. What do you think off that?
Ahh I see, that sounds though, I don't think I could do it, but if you like it, it could work out really well!
No, I've heard about it a lot, but never watched it so far. Maybe I'll watch it someday. It seems fun, but I'm not sure it's for me. Giving backstory to characters is important, that way you are able to bond with the characters more. I feel like a lot of anime have very interesting side characters that never really get the time to shine, where a backstory or something would be very cool.
Depends a bit on your watching order I think. I'm watching it in the anime release order, so I have to pay close attention to understand where the stories plays on the timeline. It's also very dialogue heavy, some episodes have two people talking in the same room about basically the same thing for half the episode (I kid you not :p), but still even that is interesting for some reason. I would say it's not like super complex, but also not easy, you have to pay close attention to follow it.
Yeah agreed, the first movie cut out a bit more then the second movie. I believe the first one covered about the first 8 episodes of the anime and the second movie the last 5. The second movie is just a little shorter in time than those episodes. The first 8 episodes have a bit more less important parts, that are very good if you like more backstory and exploration of the abyss (which I liked). The second has more big happenings that can't be skipped.
What do you think of the dynamax?
I see, well I hope you find something soon!
I must say watching something without a overarching story is usually less to my liking. I feel like in the end the story and things have to lead to something. In the end I want to have the idea I've been part of some story not just some random days of ones life or so.
I've been on the point of watching it two times before, but finally decided to give it a go. It's not a all what I expected. I like it even though I expected a bit more. It's fun and so far is interesting and entertaining. I decided to go with the order of anime release. Mainly because I wanted to watch a anime story that sometimes continues and other times tells a prequel story.
Haha yeah I watched the recap movies with cover about 75% off the anime and I forgot a lot of things. It's a good idea to rewatch or do a recap before continuing indeed. :)
Damn that is a lot, I only have about 100 I think. I haven't played all the DLC's, I think I only played the Tiny Tina one, since that one looked like so much fun. I haven't really finished BL2, and since I'm playing 3 right now, I don't really feel like going back to it atm. I'll check the other DLC's out someday fur sure though.
Very nice, how do you like it so far? I've started with the DLC yesterday and it's okay. Nothing to special, but a fun side story.
Is it hard to find a job in your work-field? or is it because the epidemic? Luckily that wasn't the case indeed.
Really never heard of something like "monster of the week". Fun to see a lot of anime you don't really expect are also among the trope like Neon Genesis Evangelion, which is indeed such a trope. I saw Miraculous Ladybug in the list as well. A lot of older cartoons I've watched as a kid are in the list as well. The nice thing about it is that you can watch episodes without having seen everything that happend before without much trouble. A lot of anime that focus heavily on the story are very hard to follow if you miss certain episodes.
Haha yeah still need to watch Hunter x Hunter, but right now I've started with the monogatari series, which is also very long. I've seen the first 2 season, so 9 more to go. ^^
Really? I suspected it would get darker later on. You've seen the first season right? did you like it?
Wow that is very impressive congratulations \('.')/
Those grades are ones you can be really really proud off. Yeah tell me about it online things never seem to go your way. I had it during a demo as well, for some reason I couldn't share my screen... Well in the end everything luckily worked out and for you as well.
I see thanks for the recommendation. At the moment I still have a few other longer ones I want to watch, but I'll keep it in mind. I actually have never seen DBZ not when I was younger (it was on tv though) and up till today never saw a full episode, pretty weird. Well before I wasn't really into fighting cartoons/anime, like DBZ and now there are other ones that I watched over it like Boku no Hero academia. I never saw Sailor moon as a kid too, only later I've watched a few episodes. It's pretty similar to series children, at least in the start. Villain > little back-story > fighting the villain > losing > Masked man shows up > winning with the tiara attack > little epilogue. Not that there is something wrong with that. Miraculous ladybug a cartoon I'm watching follows pretty much the same build. ^^
Wow an A is almost the best grade you can get right? (here we use a 1 to 10 grade scale). Well if you worked hard on your thesis you should already know all of it and you should already have the arguments for your defense ready.
Good choice, I had Sword and choose it based on the legendary. I liked the one from Sword a bit more.
Yeah that must feel weird, after this year my last year of college will start so I'm also almost done. It's a Iyashikei game which means 'healing'. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Iyashikei
Haha yeah Sailor moon was something that aired during my childhood, I never really saw it as a kid, but have seen some episodes later on. It seems pretty fun and it inspired a lot of anime I think. I also want to watch some more older anime, Neon genesis evangelion was a very cool and different anime compared with the ones that air nowadays. I took a little break from anime, but watched Made in Abyss Movie 1: Tabidachi no Yoake and plan to watch the second movie and 3th one today. The first and second movie are basically recaps of the first season I already saw those in the anime, but to prepare for the last movie I decided to watch them as recap.
No but I'm still in video call a lot. Last week we just left video call on during the whole day so we could always talk to each-other and discuss things about the project. I like it since it's a bit closer to the normal situation of sitting in the same room together. Well over here schools are slowly opening again and things like hairdressers are also opening again. If you can do the defense 1 on 1 with a teacher I don't really see a issue, maybe only traveling to school. Over here you are not allowed to travel with public transport unless its necessary.
There are a few differences, the legendary of course, version exclusives and 2 gyms are different in both versions. In the expansion packs there is also some difference between the versions from what I've heard. I don't really know what though, since I'm doing everything I can to avoid news about it, so my experience is fresh and every new Pokemon I encounter is really new for me. I made my choice on the legendary, since that was all I knew about during the time I bought it. I think legendary or version exclusives might be the thing you could base your decision on. Yeah lets go is a remake of Pokemon Blue/red or fire red/leaf green and more child friendly I believe. It's okay-ish since there are a few cool new elements only made for that game so far, but I don't think it's worth paying €50 or €60 bucks for.
Yeah it's my first time playing a AC game. I really like it so far, have about 70+ hours in it already. It's a nice game to play for a hour or so each day, with sometimes a bigger happening and some more hours off playtime. I haven't played it everyday since I got it, but almost every day for sure. It's very relaxing and also nice to play when watching some live-stream or so.
