Here are some enjoyable episodes that I remember. Not necessarily the grandest, most interesting episodes to exist ever, per say, but ones that stand out as notably great/memorable to me in their series. Often times, these are stand-alone side-plots or part of the main plot but still functioning as a great story on their own. Maybe give some of them a try? (Not in a particular order)
