i've on an 'obscure anime' watching spree right now and i've been searching for gems on my own through random browsing
i haven't seen/read many of his works actually (and his wife's as well) and that's something i would keep in mind
* and i just checked your goodreads
you do seem to be into various kind of books and i do think you're an avid reader (i definitely need to read more too, but sadly english isn't my first language it's kinda tough for me)

Yeah, definitely. Apart from the Garo reprints, there's a massive 40 page essay/article on Hayashi that has biographical info, stuff about the early days and explanations of the stories. It's worth it just for that.

Yeah, it's a good series, much better pacing and more realistic than the manga. It's also rotoscoped so the animation's definitely interesting.

Soon we will be at 100%, then Instrumentality can begin.
