Kon'nichiwa! Welcome to my humble corner of the internet. I am a creative short story writer by trade, and I review and critique anime alongside gathering fresh ideas for my stories.

It is my personal philosophy to give every genre a shot whether I find it initially interesting or not, and I will watch pretty much anything between the early 80's and currently airing anime. I won't go further back than that due to quality and length concerns, with the only exception being anime with historical or artistic value. Seasonally I watch just about everything that releases per year, only skipping those that are clearly terrible or too much time investment to catch up to. As a result, I usually watch 5-6 hours of anime per day. Yes, anime is my life. My list will make that clear enough.

Aside from older anime I watched back when I first started getting into anime, I review everything I finish. Short versions are right here on my anime list, and full-length versions with notes are compiled in a separate Google doc. I am also reaching completion on a long-term vintage OVA project, with the best discoveries reviewed and listed in this interest stack. I generally have a penchant for seeking out obscure or underrated anime; popular series often don't do much for me.

When it comes to manga, I am an absolute yuri fiend. Cute girls are my lifeblood. As such, expect any legitimate critiquing to be tossed wholesale out the window for my manga list. Other than that, it's really just appreciating good artwork when it comes to manga. A good story to go with it is the icing on the cake.
