Toriyama's looks like the guy from sandland actually. I'll read them all though even though i only know about two of the authors.

I'm well impressed with the look of #2, if that's sorachi and he tries for something darker, I'll be happy.

Ah, Dragonball's author. Someone that I actually like.

A baseball manga? Well, it should be interesting.

It's very understandable that Kubo is not on that list considering how much hard effort he's been putting into Bleach.

Huh??? WTF!!!

Sad to see nearly no love for the Sexy Commando creator. I hope jump will release a tank for it, even if it's half the normal size.

I've not heard of it before now, would you recommend it? It looks pretty funny.

but i wanted sorachi & durrr's author to work on a collab together... except narita doesn't really know how to draw lmao. STILL GONNA BE EPIC EITHER WAY god damn.

also, kubo's too busy sniffing some rugby while staring at butterflies -- getting some ideas for his fave character aizen???

I think Kubo is waiting for Toriyama's One Shot, then he'll tweak it when he gets his chance tomake his own.

At first I was like, "YYYYYYEEEEEAAAAAAAAH! This'll be so cool! I can't wait to see what Oda does to this, probably with Kishi and Kubo etc."
And then I saw that list and saw no Oda, and suddenly, I lost all my interest in reading it. ALL OF IT.

He only take one week break.

From Kaitani Shinobu (author of Liar Game) tweeter;

4週間休載でニュースになってる漫画家さんに会いに行きましたよ。1週間ほど休んだそうですがもう仕事を始 めてました。ファンのために身を削ってますよ。僕も見習います。

I went to see the mangaka-san who's made the news for going on a 4 week break. It seems he rested for about a week, but he's already started work again. He's working himself to the bone for his fans. I'm going to learn from him.

On topic. I'm really impressed with some of the mangaka on the list that has a weekly serialized schedule, manage to take some time to work on one shot chapter.

Looking forward for Toriyama's work as well. He may not be a complex writer or a godlike artist, but people over there (Japan) always want/force him to draw more manga. They didn't care much about plots, they just want some reminiscence of his work. Add the fact that he hasn't been interested on drawing manga for a long period of time now makes me wonder what he gives to his fans this time around.

That's terribly impressive, OP should be amazing next week.
But yeah, Toriyama's designs are easily spotted, been mostly around games lately so it should be really interesting to see what he comes up with.

Kishimoto doing a baseball themed one-shot? Could be interesting. Baseball with ninjas! (Okay, I'm kidding.)
