I still don't get why people don't understand this. One Piece volume 59 has already been out for multiple weeks. It's already sold more than 2 million copies!! Of course it's not going to be first in "weekly sales." The majority of people have already bought their copies weeks ago.

In THIS specific week, it has sold ~57,000 copies.
